Just a great experience, really looked after us. Julie on the first night was amazing an gave my 4 young girls a little gift each. They were so happy. Rooms were very nice and just rest we expected. We had breakfast and really enjoyed it. The member of staff in the morning was also lovely ( didn’t get her name). We have stayed here a few times and it’s always been a brilliant place with amazing staff. It was the first time the twins had stayed in a hotel and they loved it. Thank you Julie and colleagues.

The welcome from Julie and scarlet was excellent .They organised a restaurant for us despite our arrival being at 10 o clock. After a long days work and a 3 hour journey it was great to have the opportunity to relax so quickly. Thank you to both the mother and daughter A team 🤩👍

It’s a pleasant change to go somewhere where we have a very polite and very helpful member of Staff, Scarlet was exceptional prompt polite and just the right amount of friendliness kind of chatty. The food was also cooked perfect. Thanks Graha

The hotel was situated in the center of the city. An easy 5 minute stroll to the cathedral, shops and restaurants. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. The room was everything you would expect from a Premier Inn, Large, bright, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a very relaxing and restful nights sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds town centre. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. But what really stood out was the staff—genuinely the friendliest and most efficient we’ve encountered anywhere. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We Went for one night stay. Room was clean bed very comfortable. We had evening meal and it was the best mixed grill have had the chef was name Mick and he deserves to be recognised for his great cooking thankyou. Our waitress was brilliant as well. Will be back for another visit as everyone we met was very friendly.

We were greeted by a very friendly man called Noel. He made us very welcome and sorted our rooms. We had a very nice twin room. The only slight gripe was the room’s window didn’t open and the room had a slight niff! After returning to the hotel after an evening out we sat and drank in the bar area. Very relaxing. The night sleep was good. The next morning we were greeted by friendly staff and had a very good breakfast in the restaurant. Glenn the chef was lovely. It was a great stay, all the staff made it great.😊

Horrible fan noise in room even with everything switched off. Just told all rooms have it. No earplugs available. Not good for neurodivergent folk or anyone noise sensitive. Nice room but misleading to call it town centre as town centre is 10-15 minute walk.
