Very Bad and Late Service,NO GEYSER.There is a centralized heating system which is available in every room two times a day.non bearable for tourists. The hotel owner should look after this and provide sufficient hot water. It's a very much needed thing in a cold atmosphere for tourists. Without these rooms are very well .

The grand plaza was an excellent good service hotel tariq and Jafar served us so well and we are so happy they served us food so good and we are so satisfied with the service we give them 10 of 10 rating and we are so happy with the grand plaza hotel .

I have experienced the service of this hotel and I can say that this is one of the best hotel of Kashmir.., the food, people and the staff all are very kind nd polite and the service is extremely good! If you're planning to visit Kashmir.. please do come this hotel and enjoy the services of this hotel

The room was very clean. Service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. Food was equally good. Would suggest this place to others as well as we had a very peaceful stay here. Child friendly atmosphere as well. It was also in the centre of the city so we had access to many landmarks around.

Pathetic, linen was not clean, no air conditioner in the room, felt chill the whole night due. The food was worse than the street food. Overall not recommended at all.

The service was very good. The owner of the hotel is so good. He attended us personally and the workers working there are very helpful. We really built a very good connection with the owner as he was very friendly.

The hotel is very easy to approach and the location of the hotel is at the very best, I had an experience with this hotel , i lost my baggage because some other group of travellers took my baggage and went out by mistake and this hotel chief asked me not worry please calm down ill get it to you and he got me the luggage within 30 minutes he tried all the contacts to get my luggage i loved this service

The staff are the most hospitable and accommodating. They cater to all your needs and problems very efficiently. Food served is very homely and nice. We spent 7 nights at the property and it felt like a home away from home
