Preah Vihear Boutique Hotel

Quiet hotel that was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The gardens and pool were lovely. The staff were very kind. We had a very nice dinner of Khmer cuisine. If you are in the area to visit Prasat Preah Vihear (which is wonderful) this hotel is conveniently located close by.

This hotel was probably very good 20years ago. Maintenance is neglible: pool water green Bathroom door doesn’t catch Rain shower head sprays horizontally Broken fittings etc etc Staff friendly but not over efficient Food basic Not much else in Preah Vihear unfortunately.

Our booking was long standing, but it was only on our arrival that we were told that the entire hotel had been thrown over to a large party and that they would not be able to cater for us! Further, we would not be allowed to use the hotel facilities after 4pm! Had it not been for our guide and driver taking us out to eat, I'm uncertain how we would have coped? We were put in a room far enough away from the party so as to be quiet, but the room was barely adequate! We did get breakfast in the morning, which did little to redeem the awful service provided.

La piscine est verte, le plancher autour de la piscine est pourri, avec des clous rouillés, il y a des poubelles sur chemin pour aller dans nos chambres. Je me suis demandée si les marches allaient tenir. On voit à travers la porte d’entrée de notre chambre. Le sol de la douche n’a pas de pente et plus de joint et la robinetterie est rouillée, résultat : une baignoire après une douche. Le personnel est en tongue et maillot de foot. Des tuiles tombent du toit. C’est bien dommage qu’un si bel hôtel ait été laissé dans cet état.

Bella la reception e la piscina immersa nel verde e qui' finiscono le note positive. Camera grande e un po' datata, bagno un disastro con porta che non si chiudeva , dovevi usare una sedia, il doccino in alto che spruzzata in tutte le direzioni tranne verso il basso e soli 2 asciugamani. Pulizia camera e bagno scarsa. Cena e colazione sufficienti, personale assente , abbiamo visto solo due persone e dopo le 22 spariti anche loro.

Chambre face a une piscine pas praticable tant il y a des choses dans me fond. Calme on est presque seul. Lit confortable mais salle de bain qui a vécue. Petit déjeuner moyen . Même pas de jus de fruits frais. Et les fruist pas terribles non plus.
