The Cleanliness and maintenance of room was very poor. Stains on chairs, extractor fan not working in the bathroom and stunk of drainage. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, The armchair beside the bed had a wet patch mark, which was not very pleasant

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great value and my eggs were poached to perfection. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, as the location is very convenient and it was a stress free experience.

the bed was so comfy and the room size for a family of 4 was really good, everywhere was tidy and clean. only downside was receptionist wasnt very welcoming and did not communicate very well. car park was okay but felt abit unsafe walking down alone as it is quite dark and your in the middle of fields which doesnt help

Bathroom takes time to get rid of the steamy room one each towel to share not good staff are great be careful when exiting onto the main road no white lines the cars come off the roundabout very quickly and a blind spot from Sproughton the other way if you don't book a table at the Beagle you probably won't get served they told us we don't do walk ins

Having stayed at a previous premier inn in Ipswich we were disappointed with the quality of the room. The TV might as well of been in a different room it was so far offset from the bed. We ended up having to relocate it to enjoy our stay. A single door closed either the bathroom or the toilet which was an engineering positive but a negative for my morning business. The floors of the bathroom needed a really good scrub as it appeared the dirt had bedded deep into the liner and the shower head was in a fixed position that soaked the floor even with the curtain closed. the heating seemed very outdated and I can only guess that’s the reason why the TV is so offsetting as they couldn’t move it

Travelled for 5 hours for a funeral, staff member on reception was a lovely young lady who was so kind & understanding. Room was clean with plenty of electric sockets & a very comfortable mattress. Staff member at breakfast was so chirpy & vegetarian choice was good, perfectly poached egg! No English mustard though!

I have spent the last 3 weeks here and it has been faultless. Hotel is easy access and lots of places around to eat from. Plenty of parking which is always a plus. Big thank you to the staff too, Amazing customer service especially from Selina. Always kind and helpful in the mornings :)
