Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park)

Having stayed at a previous premier inn in Ipswich we were disappointed with the quality of the room. The TV might as well of been in a different room it was so far offset from the bed. We ended up having to relocate it to enjoy our stay. A single door closed either the bathroom or the toilet which was an engineering positive but a negative for my morning business. The floors of the bathroom needed a really good scrub as it appeared the dirt had bedded deep into the liner and the shower head was in a fixed position that soaked the floor even with the curtain closed. the heating seemed very outdated and I can only guess that’s the reason why the TV is so offsetting as they couldn’t move it

Travelled for 5 hours for a funeral, staff member on reception was a lovely young lady who was so kind & understanding. Room was clean with plenty of electric sockets & a very comfortable mattress. Staff member at breakfast was so chirpy & vegetarian choice was good, perfectly poached egg! No English mustard though!

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in, only booked one night but I extended for two nights, got to give a special thank you to Selina, she is a inspiration to premier inn, always willing to help, kept us fed and watered, and talking about about food, breakfast cooked fresh every morning and it was lovely.

Welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine with everything needed for a good night. Very pleased to see that more and more of these hotels have a walk in shower which is so much easier than climbing over the side of a bath! We enjoyed breakfast here and our “full English” was freshly cooked - it was particularly good! We have been to far more expensive hotels and made do with breakfasts that have been left out too long! Plenty of parking with good pub/restaurant next door so would definitely stay again.

Stayed on the weekend 25/1-26/1 night receptionist Beth was an absolute delight. Breakfast was really good value and enjoyed it greatly, really clean rooms and well dusted corridors. Absolutely loved my stay, would be more than happy to stay again

I have stayed in many Premier Inns for both leisure and business,this is definitely the best. Special thanks to Selina in the breakfast area and Charley on reception,both always go above and beyond to help. I have now moved back into my house in Ipswich but will continue to come for breakfast on Sundays .
