The room was clean, well furnished with up-to-date appliances & good quality cooking equipment, dishes & flatware. In spite of being in a busy shopping area, it was quiet & nicely landscaped. No food is supplied, but with a normal-sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave & a 2 burner cooktop there is no need for "free" breakfast of packaged muffins like we encountered later in our trip with another suite hotel (where we also had to REQUEST cookware & dishes).
We'll stay here again.

We were in town for the Bantam Jeep Festival and stayed here due to the proximity to that and the Grove City Outlets. The staff is phenomenal!! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly! The room and the hotel as a whole was very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

We stayed at the Candlewood Suites near Grove City and Mercer, PA in November 2023. Upon arrival, we checked in and received a voucher for 2 free drinks from their market place. That was nice. We also found out that they do not have a breakfast included. The hotel appears to be more for extended stay customers. The room had a small kitchen, desk, TV, queen bed, and a bathroom. We found that the room had bugs in the drapes. Upon further inspection, we found a fly and a lady bug. Later, we found another lady bug and a stink bug. Then I found another stink bug in the bathroom. I disposed of the stink bugs. When I told the clerk upon check out, she apologized, but did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. Overall, the room was clean, except for some of the kitchen ware. I would not cook with that. Good thing that we were there for only 1 night. There are other hotels in the area, so I probably would not return to this hotel when in the area in the future.

I am not one to write a review - EVER. But felt it was necessary for this hotel. While on a girls shopping trip with my mom and sister we choose to stay at this hotel due to how close it was to the outlet. I can say we will never be back. Biggest complaint was the rudeness of the hotel staff when we called the desk at 4:30 am because we were all woken up by whatever the person was doing above us. Lady at the desk said she would "check it out". Well she never went up to the 2nd floor (we were on the first floor) she stood outside our room and said she didn't hear anything, told her to come in and listen she didn't. Then she says the guy that lives there was down talking to them the last hour and drinking coffee so it couldn't have been him. We tried to go back to sleep but the noise continued. We called again and this time we were told there was no one occupying that room. I called the room above us and some one answered, so they lied to us on top of it. Never offered to move us rooms and never even contacted the room above us - probably because they are friends. Very unprofessional and will never stay there again.

Pretty easy going when it comes to hotel stays and have an open mind with minimal complaints however, this hotel warrants complaint. While Stacey at the front desk was welcoming, there was limited parking because there were trucks taking up the spaces - they were non-operational company vehicles which meant having to drive around until someone left and a spot opened up. That was the least of it. A weathered hotel I can forgive but, an uncleanness room is gross. When we walked in the room, there was a pungent curry smell that was unbearable. There were hairs in the towels and when we went to clean the dishes, the scrub brush hanging on the sink door (pictured) had multiple hairs entwined in the gristle. Talk about gagging with disgust!! Hard pass on this hotel.

Surprised by how nice this place was. A full kitchen in a hotel room with 2 queen beds and you can borrow small appliances. A nice little gym, convenience store and free laundry in the first floor. The outside pool is nice and a couple of Weber bbq’s. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, comfortable beds, very helpful staff. In room kitchen and full refrigerator is helpful. Nice outdoor area and fitness center. Great location near outlets and interstates. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and would stay here again. The room was spacious and clean with many amenities. The front desk staff, Carla, was extremely kind and accommodating as we had a family emergency and needed to leave earlier than expected. Will definitely stay here again!
