The house is very clean, spacious and uncluttered yet incredibly comfortable with great WiFi and two smart TVs. There is two garage parking spaces with ample driveway and street parking. We have a fenced backyard with TWO playsets, BBQ, dining space and fire pit. The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within 15 minute walking distance to River State Park or just a quick 3 minute drive.
