Premier Inn Cardiff City South

The welcome was amazing by the staff there. All information we needed was advised no problems. When we entered the room it looked perfect. What u expected. Sadly when entering the bathroom there was marks on the tiles by the bath. On further inspection there were 🤢 cut toe nails all over the floor by side of bed. I continued to check the room to find hair in the bath. I reported this to reception and the gentleman on reception was so apologetic about it. He said he would get someone to come clean room as he was unable to move us to another room as was fully booked. Within a few mins he arrived and cleaned the room himself. He was totally wonderful. He offered us breakfast free of charge which was a wonderful offer. I could not fault the reception staff for going above and beyond to help and sort the issue out.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, nice sized bath, shower as well, within walking distance of the city centre. Huge car park for those worried about parking, for me this was the selling point. Really enjoyed the breakfasts in Brewers Faye as well. I will be returning.

Very friendly staff, clean room and good food. We didn't arrive to check in until 11:50pm and even then staff were available and helpful. Breakfast was hot, cooked well and tasted great. We will definitely be returning again some time soon.

Stayed here for convenience and price. The room we had was clean and fresh, but we had to move because of the noise from an inconsiderate guest above us. I actually spoke to the guests about the noise their children were making, they couldn't understand me, so I went to reception and Luke the night porter was excellent and moved us straight away, he said that he had numerous complaints about the guests. Aside that the location is a 15 minute walk to the city centre. It also had free parking which is a bonus. The brewers fayre breakfast is a great start to the day, you had choices of a buffet, continental and cereals and fruit. We will use this site again when visiting Cardiff.

The location was perfect being a short walk to Cardiff centre yet very quite and easy to access with ample parking. Efficient check in lovely clean large modern room with very comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi and TV great. Fantastic evening meal and breakfast at BrewersFayre opposite. Highly recommended

Stayed in 146. Window could not open and the air conditioning was pants. We were given a fan, if not we would have had to stay else where it was a sweat box. The bathroom needs a clean the grout and tiles and shower curtain was really below par and I was in and out. Bed was comfy and clean and staff were pleasant
