I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work.
Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required).
The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied.
Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow.
Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

I can say that it was a small paradise.
There is a huge pool with a bar that you can spend your day. The staff were very friendly and polite.
The breakfast was huge. The room was amazing, very clean. The Cara Spa was excellent with professional staff. Also, the Nonki restaurant offers one of the best sushi i have ever tried.
Thank you for making our honeymoon so unique!

When it comes to staff nila very approachable and masiyahin lahat ng mga staff nila naka smile always and they always greet guests specially the one who handled us si Ms. Charie of FO shes so charming at naka smile palagi and very approachable kahit ang dami kong questions na kahit busy sila she answered all my questions genuinely. I recommend talaga solea especially if you have kids ma e enjoy talaga sila very friendly place.

Oslob seafari resort is an outstanding but very affordable hotel located in the south part of Cebu (Oslob) in the Philippines. You can perfectly plan to stay one or two nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The Whaleshark watching activity is really close, 5 minutes by motorcycle.
The staff are friendly and rooms have basic amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water.

El servicio de transporte ahora está programado cada hora al momento de escribir esta revisión. Savoy and Belmont ha encontrado una solución óptima para la distancia de la playa. Pregunte siempre en recepción a qué hora es el próximo servicio de traslado. Hay dos tipos de vehículos, una furgoneta moderna (belmont) y un jeep tradicional (savoy) que se turnan para recoger y dejar a los huéspedes.
La playa tiene una vista del amanecer, por lo que las personas que desean obtener las mejores líneas de bronceado deben hacerlo temprano en la mañana. Mientras tanto aquí se ven fotos de 13 a 17 horas con muy buenas partes de sombra y marea alta. No esperes arena súper fina, las costas tienen rocas grandes pero es manejable. A cierta hora del día el agua está clara y se ven pequeños peces. Vaya a nadar en las partes medias donde no hay rocas mínimas, pero tan pronto como se dé un chapuzón, apreciará la corriente fría y caliente que corre por su cuerpo. Sensación única y relajante.
El gimnasio es óptimo; si conoces las mancuernas, estarías satisfecho con el peso más pesado, 50 kg. El área de cardio está frente a la piscina. Las máquinas son manejables, es bueno simplemente conseguir una bomba.
La comida que se sirve durante 3 noches es casi la misma que en mi reseña anterior. Desayuno filipino-americano. Hace frío entre semana, pero se llena mucho los fines de semana. Entonces, si te quedas en un día laborable, aún podrás ver platos y tazones llenos. Los fines de semana, historia diferente. Entonces, un truco es que debes ir de 6 a. m. a 8 a. m. para ver las diferentes opciones. La mentalidad de la mayoría de las personas optará por ir de 9 a. m. a 10 a. m. para sentirse llenos hasta la hora del almuerzo. Adivina qué, por supuesto lo que verás en esos momentos son platos y tazones vacíos. Jeje

Nos alojamos por 3 noches con la esperanza de hacer snorkel con los bancos de sardinas y los tiburones ballena; desafortunadamente, el tifón Egay no nos dejó. Entonces… nos quedamos en el bar y pasamos el rato en la piscina. El camarero fue el mejor: fue divertido charlar, preparó excelentes bebidas y tocó buena música. El personal es muy amable, pero no limpia su habitación a menos que se le solicite específicamente y debe solicitar papel higiénico y agua todos los días. El desayuno es muy normalito, pero el resto del menú de comida es bueno.
Justo afuera de la entrada, al otro lado de la calle, encontrarás a Ramón, que reserva excursiones, organiza el transporte y tiene un triciclo tuktuk. Una estancia con una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Great place for rest and relaxation. My toddler enjoyed the little animal farm and the pool was refreshing. The food served exceeded expectations! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well.
Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner.
The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives.
On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher.
We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service.
The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

KKurzaWe stayed for 4 nights and were happy with the room, breakfast, staff, room service en general service the hotel provides.
The only thing we think they can improve on, will be the gym. It was too hot inside and the temperature can not be changed. The equipment can also be more, since 2 treadmills are not enough for the size of the hotel. It happened one morning that my wife and I could not jog because there was someone else on the treadmill. If they had more equipment, it would have been possible.
Still, generally we enjoyed our stay and we will return when we are in Cebu again.

YYasuyoshiUbicación: Relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, a unos 20 minutos, pero no hay restaurantes, salones de belleza ni centros comerciales alrededor del hotel. En días lluviosos o cuando vayas a un centro comercial a comprar recuerdos, te recomendamos utilizar un coche Grab (por cierto, el coche Grab desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel cuesta unos 1.500 yenes).
Habitación: tipo cabaña, lo cual es poco común en la isla de Mactán. Incluso el tipo básico es bastante espacioso y tiene una cabina de ducha y una bañera (es una pena que la cabina de ducha no drene muy bien). Tenía una Nespresso (cafetera de cápsulas) y 4 cápsulas, y en la nevera había 2 botellas de San Miguel (cerveza filipina), 2 botellas de zumo y mangos secos. Estos eran gratis. Había chanclas disponibles como pantuflas, pero si no te gustan las chanclas, te recomendamos comprar pantuflas desechables de Hyakuyen y traerlas contigo. Había un colgador de toallas en el balcón, pero no alcanzaba para secar los bañadores mojados, así que creo que sería mejor traer un colgador de alambre, un colgador cuadrado, un pellizco y una cuerda para lavar ropa. (Hay servicio de lavandería, pero no había lavadoras ni secadoras en el hotel.) Pueden entrar pequeños insectos, por lo que es mejor tener un insecticida simple (no se permiten aerosoles en el equipaje de mano ni en el equipaje facturado). tal vez.

Puede que fuera temporada baja, pero puedo aceptar que algunos restaurantes estaban cerrados, algunos salones de belleza y gimnasios estaban cerrados y la tienda tenía una selección muy limitada.
Servicio: Me alegra que el personal siempre me salude cuando paso. No es que tengan un servicio particularmente de alta calidad, pero como eso no era lo que estaba buscando, quedé más que satisfecho con el precio.

Los menús de comida se establecen para cada dos días, lo cual es único. ¡La comida está deliciosa! Una mezcla de cocina local y extranjera. Se complacen con cambios menores en cada comida si lo solicita. También preguntaron si queríamos que nuestro Mel se sirviera en nuestra habitación, ¡lo cual también es genial!
Solo para adultos, por lo que es un lugar tranquilo. La piscina es de 24 horas. La hora de salida puede ser flexible si se solicita y la habitación no está reservada para el día de salida.
Este es un gran lugar para parejas que desean un lugar tranquilo y relajante para quedarse.
Está cerca de Oslob, el lugar para ver tiburones ballena.
Si toma un autobús desde la ciudad de Cebú, el viaje es de aproximadamente 3,5 a 4 horas, dependiendo del tráfico.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Hotel Cebu, and we must say, it exceeded my expectations!
The hotel's location is one of its strongest selling points - it's situated in a very accessible area, just a stone's throw away from a major shopping mall. This made it easy for me to explore the city and get to wherever I needed to go.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They truly made us feel welcome and at home.
The breakfast spread was delicious. We also appreciated the convenient drinking water facility available throughout the hotel.
One thing to note is that the hotel requires a deposit of PHP 1,000 upon check-in, but this is fully refundable upon check-out.
Overall, we highly recommend Amber Hotel Cebu to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the city. we would definitely stay here again!

It also had a great view from the 6th floor, where I stayed. They only serve simple plated meal though for breakfast since they're a 3-star hotel however, the food is satisfying. They're staffs are, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would come back here whenever I am in Cebu...

JJIANWe stayed in a room on the 8th floor of the Palm building, The view is very spacious, and you can see planes taking off one after another from the distance. There is a drying rack on the balcony for hanging swimsuits, which is a very practical design.
The water park is very suitable for children, the rooftop bar is very relaxing, and the drinks are delicious. The Earth restaurant offers Chinese cuisine with large portions. In the photos, we ordered small portions. The staff at both restaurants are very enthusiastic.
However, the downside is that we had to wait a long time for the room, and we didn’t get the room card until nearly 3:30 p.m. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating process. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, and it took three phone calls before one was finally delivered, which was also a negative experience.
