Our stay at this hotel in a breathtaking snowy destination was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making us feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, with a cozy yet elegant ambiance that perfectly complemented the winter landscape outside.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
The convenience of the airport shuttle service was another major plus. It was punctual, well-maintained, and made our arrival and departure seamless. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, especially in winter conditions, but this service made it effortless.
For families, this hotel is an absolute gem. Our kids had an incredible time, from enjoying the cozy common areas to indulging in the delicious food. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to both adults and children. Every meal felt like a treat, with fresh ingredients and great flavors.

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

AAvid Traveller AngieNot the best location to other amenities. However, shuttle service to ski resort and train station helps. It is a beautiful hotel, with free flow of wine tasting and snacks in the evening. Fantastic breakfast spread. Free self service laundry. Great atmosphere for families. Would love to spend winter there again.

VVaganovaGreat location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

El jefe es muy entusiasta, aunque no chino, pero hay personal que conoce a Inglés para introducir las instalaciones. El jefe vive en la habitación adyacente. El jefe se retira directamente para limpiar su equipaje y su puerta para ver si hay algo que se ha quedado bien.

El cuarto de baño es un poco pequeño
Cuando se encuentre en el cuello, se le dará una pequeña atención a la obsesión.

My recent stay at the Furano Natulux Hotel was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated directly opposite Furano train station and bus terminal. This made getting to and from the hotel a breeze, allowing me to easily explore the charming town of Furano and its surrounding attractions.
The staff at the hotel were consistently polite and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I arrived early for check-in, but the staff kindly arranged for my luggage to be stored at the front desk until my room was ready. They even went the extra mile to move my luggage to my room once it was available, making the transition seamless.
I was particularly impressed by the view from my room. Looking out over the mini park, I could enjoy the peaceful scenery and even watch the trains arriving and leaving the station. Despite its proximity to the station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
Overall, the Furano Natulux Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. The beautiful view, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Furano.

CChristopher ThiaFenix Furano fue un hotel muy bonito con pequeñas frillas, pero nos acomodó bien ... entendimos la política verde detrás de minimizar el mantenimiento de la casa, y estamos totalmente bien con.
El sabón corporal era muy sabido y con la superficie del tubo; lo hizo una posible preocupación de seguridad ... y, de hecho, mi madre mayor cayó y golpeó su cabeza. El hotel tiene un buen aire, y su familia está en una situación de desastre.
Aparte de esto, nos disfrutamos de la tranquilidad de la vacunación y nos fuimos a donde quisiéramos desde allí.

Service just Ok. Provide just enough service. Did not provide any extra more service. Most of the service they say they have but usually need to make reservation 1~3 days in advance.
Shuttle Bus from Hotel to Furano station runs on only 17:30 and no return pickup service. Only drop off. And also cannot make reservation on the day you arrive.

EEng Teck TanCant find my fault with the hotel. Service was good except the language part but they were helpful in most things you ask. Only the shuttle bus driver seem a bit impatient but overall good... Facilities are good as well... Room is a decent size compared to many other hotels that we have been to in Japan. Able to handle the whole family and still has space for 4 luggages.... The hotel even has an onsen which is great in winter..... Hotel breakfast is good although the whole 5 days we were there, there is no change in the menu at all but enough variety to last us for a few days - western, japanese etc.... Amenities are also good in the hotel.... Responsive concierge and housekeeping

LLoundkaewnooCerca de las pistas de esquí, muy buena ubicación en la carretera principal. Conveniente estacionamiento, se puede estacionar frente al hotel, no desperdiciar dinero. Buen ambiente, la habitación no es muy nueva pero lo suficientemente grande para poner hasta 4 bolsas grandes y muy limpia. En general, es encantador. Es importante destacar que el precio es muy económico y también desayunamos.
El inconveniente es que las camas que están en la cama son tan viejas que el resorte levanta la espalda y el personal no puede hablar inglés.
