很讚的酒店很讚的服務，酒店地理位置優越，有免費得停車場，自駕不用擔心沒位置停車，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，沒有任何異味，每個房間都有智能小度管家，聽音樂，開關空調，開關窗簾等設備都可以通過語音來控制得，簡直就是懶人福音！一次性洗漱用品齊全，床和床品都很舒服，一覺睡到天亮，7樓還有免費得自助洗衣房，洗衣機和烘乾機都有，早餐也很不錯味道鮮美，服務人員態度一直十分友好。

早餐更是驚喜滿滿！種類豐富到挑花眼，既有新疆特色的奶茶、饢餅，也有中西式熱菜、現煮麪條和新鮮水果，味道超讚，開啟了一整天的好心情。
工作人員服務熱情周到，前台小姐姐耐心解答問題，客房阿姨打掃細緻，連走廊遇到都會微笑問好，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。酒店位置也很便利，周邊餐飲、購物齊全，停車方便。

JJingqinvxia523第一次來奎屯。酒店的大氣從名字就能看出來了，沒有太多連鎖酒店吧所以選擇了這家酒店，今年八月開業的。前台的服務員又美又貼心，説話好温柔～我們是帶着婆婆孩子一起住的。房間有足足40平米，新疆酒店好在一點都有地暖，不需要開空調，就是電視的網絡不太好，希望有所改進。停車很方便，晚上21點到臨晨1點是夜宵時間，有暖心粥各種水果還有熱牛奶，二樓有健身房，小童遊玩室，洗衣房。孩子的洗漱用品等一應俱全。我婆婆是有嚴重潔癖的人，沒想到讓我們有了一晚非常舒適的體驗，早餐的種類也是特別全。都是清餐，很新疆，熱菜系列都是牛肉，感覺賺到了啊…下次一定還會來，房間沒有味道哈，衞生間也是巨舒服，馬桶有加熱功能。

LLiefugaodazhu貴，但是複核一貫標準，特別感謝保安大爺，獨庫堵到晚上12點才到，帶着我去地下停車場，指揮停在電梯口很方便，吃飯直接去下崗街買爆，當地很火的虎賽烤肉前年和今年這次是第二次吃感覺撒料有問題，蒜香烤饢像是加了***，吃了晚上通宵睡不着覺，試想開了10小時獨庫，身心疲憊，11點吃了它家烤肉居然大腦亢奮！一整晚怎麼都睡不着

No puedo hacerlo con urgencia, me he llamado a la recepción con una mentalidad probada, hay personal y seguridad que vienen a la puerta inmediatamente, preguntando a los niños sobre la situación y preguntando si no necesito llevarnos al hospital. Después de confirmar que necesitamos ir al hospital, el Maestro de Seguridad me ayudó a tener a mi hijo. El personal me recuerda muy detenidamente que no me apresuró, trae los documentos juntos y nos envía al hospital. El Maestro de Seguridad también está con nosotros todo el viaje hasta que volvemos al hotel. Este hotel es muy cálido.

UUsuario invitado來新疆住過的最舒服的酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，房間內佈置很精緻，酒店的早餐也是來新疆之後吃的最可口的早餐，水果中的梨，哈密瓜，還有不同種類的堅果，紅燒牛肉麪，非常可口，保安大姐和小帥非常熱情，酒店人員在我們出門的時候還上來幫忙放行李，非常真誠

LLai FunThe reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.

UUsuario invitadoI am the first foreigner (from Singapore) to stay in this newly established homestay. The beautiful lady boss is very welcoming, and the service from her staff is excellent! The environment is clean and the air is fresh. My room is huge with a very high ceiling, shown in the photos. There is a vineyard next to it and I could visit and view the 100 year old grape vines. I did not have to worry about food even though this place is far from the city. There is a large kitchen that serves dozens of guests who would drive all the way here to have a meal, and their children can play in the garden and take a ”train” ride. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it by 2 more days! The lady boss showed me around the countryside, and I also visited the kindergarten operated by her. I got to meet the cheerful kids in class!
