The Vincent Hotel

it is our preferred hotel when travelling to visit our daughter, very clean but its the helpfulness and kind attitude of the staff that makes the hotel so perfect.

Had a really nice relaxing stay in The Vincent hotel and felt very classy on arrival with very friendly staff greeting us and also rang us in the room to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was perfect and staff were very attentive making sure we always had tea or coffee, the buffet breakfast was excellent in a really nice dining area and couldn’t fault a thing. My wife loved the bath it was a really deep one for a really nice soak. There was only 3 minor issues which stopped me giving a 5 which was the sliding canvas that let some light in in the morning which is such a simple fix it it had a trim matching the skirt against the wall. WiFi in room 215 didn’t seem to reach near the tv very well so a booster needed or updated smart tv which goes on to my last minor issue which was the tv was too small and actually spoils a really nice room. Big tvs are pennies nowadays. Everything else spot on and will definitely stay again

What a fabulous hotel. Staff lovely & friendly on arrival and during stay. I'd mentioned it was my partners birthday and we had complimentary chocolates & a note wishing him Happy Birthday, plus rose petals on our bed. A very lovely touch! Room was spotlessly clean and a great size over looking the front. Bed & pillows very comfy & fab size. We had breakfast included, which was amazing, such a great choice & piping hot. Diane the Manager greeted us and was lovely & friendly, as we're all the staff. She poured our hot drinks and brought us some complimentary fizz ! Again another lovely touch. We loved our stay & will definitely return soon. Not one complaint

Just got back from a 2 night stay. Can't complain about a thing. Fab rooms, delicious breakfast, gorgeous hotel, excellent friendly staff. Big shout out to Carl on reception for his excellent recommendations of what to do in the area, Liam the bar tender with his friendly banter and amazing cocktails (in our opinion deserves Bar Tender of the Year!) and Angelina in the restaurant serving lovely food with a smile. Nothing too much trouble.

We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary as we had a spa day booked just down the road and wanted somewhere to stop for the night. From start to finish this hotel and the staff were top class. We arrived and got an upgrade of upgrades. The juinor suite we got was fantastic, spaces, with a cute balcony seeing the sun set and even had some chocolates waiting in our room. The Japanese style baths were awesome! Although might not be everyone's taste but me and the wife loved them! I honestly can not fault this place, from style, to the staff. Just topped off a perfect day with a perfect night. Will definitely return in the near future.

From stepping through the doors for our first ever overnight stay to leaving this morning we could not fault the hotel itself plus the staff were absolutely amazing very friendly polite and such a happy atmosphere in the hotel we would 100% recommend a stay here. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and it was so tasty very filling then onto the bar for a couple of drinks again bar staff very polite and friendly. This morning we had a full English breakfast which was so tasty and the breakfast choices were many and all fresh again restaurant staff very helpful. Also I would like to mention the security gentleman who was very nice and friendly all in all we had a very enjoyable overnight stay and we will definitely be returning in the not to distant future
