Great value for money. Comfort and facilities if you need them. Crisp white cotton clean bedding and towels. Everything you need for a short stay. Reception, parking, bar, food and vending machine. Friendly staff. Safe and secure. Great location with beach, town and shopping within a stones throw away.

Nice hotel,great location, lovely breakfast, not the best sleep due to the room being so warm,the thermostat was constantly 22*,we tried multiple times to turn it down but it wouldn't work, no tv in the pub restaurant neither so had to go to another pub to watch the football

First of all like to thank the following team members, Lizzy, Alisha,Amy,Janet, Cameron and Matt. This is amazing caring team. They did the best to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant. Liked it so much stayed an extra night. The only downside is the Toliet needs a proper scrub, let's put it this way not the standards compared to the other premier inn's,I have recently stayed in. The resturant next door was also good and the food was freshly cooked and tasty especially the roast Christmas Dinner.

We had a nice room, which was very clean, lovely staff who were all very friendly. Nice easy free parking. A short 10 minute walk into town to shops, bars and restaurants. I would advise not having an early breakfast next door in the brewers fayre, totally inedible. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Thank you

We were a party of 3 adults, our son has additional support needs and they were more than happy to accommodate us all in a family room. The hotel looks a bit tired and dated around the edges but if you need somewhere to sleep and eat it is perfectly fine. Handy that Brewers Fayre provides a good "help yourself breakfast". Cooked breakfast is £10.99 and Continental £8.99. You can eat as much as you want. We also had dinner and whilst it is standard pub food it was well done and we enjoyed our meals. Service is clearly an issue at very busy times as we had to wait for our meals and 2 desserts failed to arrive and we had to ask for them twice. My only criticism was cleanliness in the bathroom could be better. The toilet had a whiff of stale urine, but staff quickly re-cleaned when asked. The smell however didn't go and the ledges under the toilet were very dirty. Whether the floor needed a better clean I don't know, the fitments in the bathroom are not modern and keeping bathrooms super clean with the high turnover of guests must be very time consuming. The rest of the room was very clean and warm. We were visiting our daughter and would use the hotel again as it was convenient, comfortable and a reasonable price though rooms on a Saturday are nearly double the cost of Friday but this is standard. Staff were friendly, helpful and clearly work extremely hard.

Arriving at 1445 and being told to come back 15 minutes later was not the best start. What possible difference could 15 minutes have made apart from make us feel extremely unwelcome. I found this experience to be bizarre. The room was fine but the sink and kettle both need a deep clean. Beds comfortable as always.
