Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

We’ve actually stayed here loads of times. We use the hotel to visit family. Every time we stay the staff are very polite and welcoming. Our rooms are always clean never had any issues and we find the beds comfortable. Only thing we’ve struggled with is the car park machine behind the hotel but that’s not owned by the hotel so not their responsibility. Will keep returning

Very comfortable room. We found the pillows really comfortable too. The room itself was spotless no issues. Got a really good deal over new years too. The staff were all very polite. We were checked in by a lovely lady called Fizira. Nicely located in the centre will be returning

Short 2 nights in this hotel. Check in was quick and simple. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean. Had no noise issues during the night and the bed was comfortable. Parking is behind the hotel at £9 for 24 hours. There seems to be free street parking around if that is full

Very conveniently located hotel in Southport. Quick efficient check in and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable we had a good nights sleep with no noise issues. There is paid parking behind the hotel which is £9 for 24 hours. There is also a Morrisons right next door which was convenient

budget price and very good value. the facilities are basic but totally adequate for a brief stay. Iwill recommend and use again myself

Hubby & I stayed at this lodge twice… the first stay was good. Room was very clean, and facilities were just great for our needs. Was able to have the use of an ironing board & iron. We had some maintenance issues in the bathroom, so we were moved to another room no issues whatsoever. Parking is non existent here, we even received a parking fine of £100 for parking out the front to drop off our bags up to the room. That annoyed me. On our second visit though the scouse female receptionist was a bit of a jobs worth not letting us check in 20 mins ahead of schedule, even though we had just done a 4 hour journey to return there. It was a good stay however i would never stay there again, due to receptionist AND parking issues.
