Check in was easy, no faff or fuss. Room was great, Bed was comfortable. We had booked dinner as we were meeting friends. Excellent service and wonderful menu and tasty food. We all had a great evening. My thanks must go to the young man who played the role of Santa during breakfast on the Saturday morning (or maybe it was Santa). At the end of the evening my hearing aids had run out of charge. I removed them and put them in my pocket. But when saying goodbye to our friends I must have dropped one in the car park. We searched by phone torchlight to no avail. A young staff member helped me look but he too could not see it. Now he may have been Santa in disguise, because at breakfast Santa approached me and opened his palm to reveal my hearing aid. He had found it in the car park that morning. What a star he is. These aids are not cheap, although insured for over £1000 each, Santa saved me from a lot of hassle and inconvenience. Please look after that young man he is a credit to your business.
