South Shields Central

This was out first stop in South Shields and chose this Premier Inn due to its decent location with free car parking. We were informed in advance that there was no dining options. This was confirmed on arrival as we saw that beside the PI was a now closed eatery. Check in was ok, bedroom was clean but very tired. By the looks of it, Premier Inn might well be making this particular one redundant. A shame as there’s very little options in this area for affordable stop overs. It’s about a 10min cab ride into town

I booked to stay in a apartment for 4 nights and it turn out to be a shared accommodation what is not good for a 9 month old baby and there was drawers broken socks broken marks in the waredrobes no living room has it was said in the info had to shared a bathroom and when I went to Bath my son there was risers all over off the last person who used the bathroom and we also had to share kitchen which was not on the info when I booked it so I was not happy with it when I turned up the lock on the door was broken and there was a druger sleeping outside the front door where I had to walk out with my 9 month old baby and my son does not need to see that so I was dushed in want I show and I asked to be moved and they said there was nothing els in South shields has they was full booked and they was not nice when I asked for a refund so I could take my family els where then the shared accommodation we was share with people we did not know and I was scared to go to sleep on a night because I did not know the people in there and I was scared to go and use the bathroom just instead anything happen to me had to go upstairs to use the bathroom and had to go upstairs to our room with a pushchair and all of the bags the girl who was in there was not happy with my baby crying on a night for his bottle and I told her it was not my fault that my son crys I can't tell him to be quite when he does not understand I was heartbroken that I did not get want I booked for so next time I book anywhere it won't be here has it was bad and just had a bed and wardrobe and draws and a lil table with a chair and I was to small for us to move about in the room and we paid all of our money because we had to keep going out for food because we could not cook in the shared kitchen has the plates and cups was not washed it was all dirty and the bathroom did not look clean to use so we could not get a bath or shower and I did not want to bath my son after want I show in the bathroom
