The hotel was a bit frayed around the edges, looked like it was over due a revamp. The staff however were fantastic. They were polite, kind, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate. The customer service was excellent.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable and there was an animal, probably a squirrel in the facia of the roof scratting and running up and down most of the night. We did report this. WE DID NOT STAY THE SECOND EVENING that we had booked and left early. Also it is so difficult to get hold of anyone apart from at 3pm onwards when check in is being done. Would not stay there again and would think twice about staying at Travel lodge again. Also having to pay for WiFi is pitiful in this day and age.

This was very handy to stay overnight for an open day as we live over 2 hours away. Harvester and Asda on the same site was very useful too. Cheap but cheerful staff and a clean room made it an excellent choice.

We Stayed here for a couple of nights And wont be returning in a hurry Firstly the room was cold the pillows had blood stains on them no shampoo in the bathroom no drinking glasses It was very cold and no extra blankets in the room The musty smell in the corridor would put any one off staying there we have stayed in many travel lodges over the years and this one was a real Disappointment It could be lovely but does meet attention to detail Disappointed Couple

Clean, safe, comfortable room, near to Azda super market and Azda petrol station, perfect stop point after long day in Orford city before heading to London, beds were super clean and comfortable.

Booked this last minute as needed to get to an event near by. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a good nights sleep. There is also free parking. There is an Asda Supermarket opposite which we did go in. Didn't use the Harvester next door.
