The Postcard Hideaway, Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, Goa

Fantastic food, and fantastic service from the teams all the way through our stay. They could not do enough for us. Room is very nice, saw monkeys from the balcony- it’s pretty remote location but very lovely tucked away in the Netravali wildlife sanctuary. All in all would recommend as a nature & foodie getaway.

This was our second stay in a Postcard hotel and it lived up to the high standards they set. Located in the Netravali wildlife sanctuary it is surrounded by the pristine jungle of the Western Ghats, perfect for exploring or simply relaxing on your balcony soaking up the amazing view. Our chalet was well appointed spotlessly clean and ideally located. We had breakfast on our balcony one morning and marvelled at the sights and sounds around us. We were also lucky enough that evening to watch a family of langur monkeys feasting on berries right outside. We took full advantage of the experiences offered, a 2 hour trek with very knowledgeable naturalist guides to a local waterfall, a fascinating visit to the nearby spice farm with a delicious lunch, and a relaxing massage in the spa. Perfect! The manager Ranjan and his whole team were excellent. Polite, professional and so friendly. It was great to meet chef Lim who had such enthusiasm and was willing to go the extra mile to create a wonderful bespoke four course dining experience for us. Thank you! The hotel policies of anytime check in/check out and anytime breakfasts are unique in our experience and we congratulate them on truly putting guests first. We stayed in three Postcard hotels on our trip and they arranged complimentary transfers between them which was a nice touch. Our stay was sadly all to short and we would love to return for longer one day. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, wonderful staff, delicious food, amazing pool, fabulous accommodation & the best spa👌🏻💗 This hotel blew me away, so tranquil & beautifully maintained to the highest standard. The staff here are a big part of the success of the this hotel, they work so hard & provide the most exceptional service to their guests, working together as a team giving incredible service. The chef Nima created outstanding cuisine - food I will never forget - he is a great asset to the hotel, every meal was an exciting treat & we looked forward to breakfast & dinner every day. I visited the spa & had the best body scrub, Balinese massage & soothing facial…..Hideaway Wellbeing - the experience was superb & most professional . I literally floated back to my room! Thank you to Ms Jamyang who was my masseur - she is truly talented. We can’t wait to return - & we will !

Our holiday In India started with 4 nights at the Oberoi in Mumbai, then down to the postcard Saligao, then Postcard Cuelim and on for 3 nights in the hideaway. All the properties are unique and completely different apart from the quality of service which is top notch across the board. Hideaway is set in 20 acres within the Netravali Wildlife reserve. Twenty fully equipped lodges with superb views of the estate. We loved exploring the area on foot - early morning for a few hours. You will see amazing sights and meet amazing people. We loved the food here, Nima, the head chef recommended dishes for both breakfast and dinner which we were more than happy to go ***** with. Most were off menu and delicious. The last night was a 6 course dinner which was amazing. Thank you Nima for treating us. Both my wife and I tried the spa, I had the Swedish 90 minute massage applied by the amazing Ms Paimu. Thanks to all the wonderful staff that we met there and the amazing cocktails that were made for us - we will be back!

This was a birthday surprise by my fiancé and I loved every bit of the experience! The stay was peaceful and one with nature while being luxurious. The staff were all so involved in my birthday surprises curated by my fiancé, it definitely added to our stay. The amenities were superb, from spas to the swimming pool to a games room- all of which allow for quality vacation. A must experience visit!

If you want to stay alone and quiet your mind from all the hustle and bustle - that is the place for you. The staff are super polite and caring. The food is great and also there is possibility to ask the Chef Nima to make something that’s not on the menu. Chef Nima is truly a wonderful and talented Chef. Would also like to point out Miss Shruti, Shubham Mishra,Aghatoli sumi, Bikram, Shehzan, Rohit who took great care of me around the restaurant. Ladies at the Spa : Seden,Jamyang, Palmo and Kunzum. I went few times for massage with miss Palmo and to me no doubt she’s a professional who you can trust. Everyone are polite and do their best to attend to every single need one of your wishes/needs during your stay. Housekeeping : Aditya,Pranay,Fredwill and Pratap take care of the rooms everyday. The room was always super clean and I had no insects whatsoever which is a rarity when you stay in the nature. Front office: Shubham Desai and Sushmita Dutta - do their best to organize everything whether you need a pick-up from the airport or to go to any other location. I didn’t take any tours around because I just wanted to stay alone in peace and quiet. This was the perfect place for me and I’d like to come back another time.
