There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Very nice day , pleased and stuff perfect beach It was a great experience in Holiday Inn. We were part of a wedding group and everything the arrangement everything was really good. The best part was the beach excess was the best part of the state. The rooms were also pretty good. The staff was also helpful and the food was good.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Food is excellent and the Restaurant team under Aleixo Savio is very good. A big shout out to Aleixo Savio!! The day reception team with Bill and Cizelle are pathetic, oversmart... atleast they think they are from their behaviour, condescending... rude and basically mannerless. The initial room given to us was not up to the mark and we had to change for certain reasons. The owner was extremely helpful in resolving the room issue. After checkout, and after leaving the hotel and returning to Pune, my mother rang for the owners telephone number as she needed to contact the owner for something... these two wonderful individuals demanded to know why and then cut her off!! With several follow up calls which went unanswered from reception, it was clear that they were purposely not taking her phone calls. Talk about lack of good manners and decency!! Neither of us understand what the problem is and neither do we want to waste time trying to understand, but the front office staff during the day, need to improve their customer relations.... and leave much to be desired of! Please understand that you are not doing anyone a favour by being pleasant... it's expected of you... however trying a customer may be!! The person handling night reception during our stay was excellent! He made enquiries and was genuine in his approach!! A big shout out to him... (I apologise for not knowing his name.) Housekeeping is okay... could be managed better and they are trying. The hotel has an old world charm to it... a pool, grounds which are maintained and tastefully done. This is a place worth staying in. It has it's own charm and is nicely run. I would certainly recommend this to anyone travelling within a budget.

Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

We attended a marriage for Shantanu and Sherien at Belezza in Goa and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the resort and the amenities. The rooms are very specious, clean and house keeping service was very quick. Reception staff is super friendly and made things lot simpler for us. More than that the experience with staff during the marriage event , pre and after including members such as Govind, Deepesh, Jeetesh was simply amazing, they made us feel special and looked after all of us very well. We are taking these amazing moments spent back to our home in Melbourne and will cherish these for lifetime and share with our friends and family. We thank all the support staff and the top management for making the wedding very special not only for the couples but also for the families and guests. The resort is beautiful and very well laid out. The pool is very big so plenty of room for a swim. There is also a swim-up bar. We received a very nice welcome and all the staff were friendly, attentive and smiling throughout our stay. The resort is approximately 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach which didn’t get busy throughout the time we spent there. The sunset was a sight to behold too. There isn’t much around the hotel except for a small village up the road with a few shops and a supermarket. There are taxis outside the hotel and they are very cheap compared to the UK obviously. We found the food to be excellent. I like spicy food and there was much variety and I enjoyed sampling the many different dishes on offer. My partner doesn’t enjoy very spicy food but she enjoyed some of the curries and always found the alternatives to the local cuisine enjoyable. We also had a lovely meal in the La Bonita restaurant which isn’t included in the all inclusive package. There is plenty of drinks choice too and we found the cocktails enjoyable. My girlfriend loved the white wine as well. The room was spacious and clean and the large walk in shower was very nice. I would say the room isn’t quite at four star standard but the rest of the hotel is. We didn’t get a good signal on the TV which wasn’t really a problem. We only wanted to have it on in the background while relaxing before going out for our evening meal. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the room but as we got further away it was hit and miss for example while we were sunbathing around the pool. We had to get up quite early to secure sun beds on the days we wanted to stay at the hotel. We realised after two days we would have to be up at about 6:30am to secure beds around the pool by taking our towels outside. This may annoy some guests. There is space for a few more sun beds around the pool. My partner did observe staff removing towels on sun beds that weren’t being used to free some up for people around pool side. We also noticed there were more available in the afternoon generally. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Heritage and wished we were staying for a few more days.
