Sailrock South Caicos

Viajamos aquí como pareja para celebrar nuestro 20 aniversario. Ubicación un poco remota pero se incluyen traslados en avioneta pequeña. Ubicación hermosa, playas hermosas!!! Servicio de limpieza y camareros de 5 estrellas. El personal del mostrador de reservas quizás sea de 3 estrellas. Mientras que el resto del personal hizo todo lo posible, el personal de la casa principal/reservas realizó tareas superficiales, realizó un recorrido muy apresurado por la propiedad, no respetó la mejora de un solo nivel al momento del check-in como se indica en la reserva, a pesar de que solo había 20 personas en la propiedad durante nuestro último día completo. Tome repelente de insectos. Absolutamente es una cuestión de la naturaleza y no es su culpa, pero comer al aire libre por la noche no es divertido debido a los insectos y la falta de brisa. Hermosa vista sin embargo. Considerándolo todo, fue una buena experiencia pero dudo que volvamos.

Sailrock is nothing short of breathtaking. In every possible way...from the incredibly attentive staff to the marvellous cuisine at its restaurant and on its white sand beach. The accommodations are truly magnificent with every possible creature comfort. The activities are plentiful --including Fishing in crystal clear water (and bringing home your catch to be superbly cooked for dinner that night) and there's kayaking, hobie cat sailing and just plain relaxing. Don't miss any opportunity you have to stay at this simply out-of-this-world property.

This was the most fabulous girls trip I’ve ever been on! From first arrival, I knew it was going to be something extra special. The staff was all so warm and welcoming and taking the time to know each guest. The beach front villas, absolutely gorgeous! Spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Loved how the dinner menu changed nightly and the food was so incredibly delicious. Had the opportunity to do two excursions, one to a starfish sandbar and a kayak and explore adventure. Clear turquoise water, like nothing I’ve ever seen before and I was just in Kauai in July. I will definitely be planning another trip to Sailrock as soon as I get the chance. It’s dreamy.

Impeccable stay. The room, the beach, the food, but most of all, the staff. From Leny and Delly up front making sure we are well taken care of, to Karyle and Catarina, our most attentive servers, to Leo and David, our attendants on the fabulous boating adventure, to Francis, our trusted driver. Everything was top notch and unforgettable experience. Stay here before it gets too popular!

Our girls getaway to Sailrock was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Putra and Harvey, as well as the rest of the staff. The accommodations were both beautiful and comfortable, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Whether we were lounging by our villa's private pool, hanging out at the beach by the Cove, exploring local excursions like Jerry Camp, or enjoying dinner at the Great House, every experience was top-notch. Sailrock definitely helped us to make memories that are priceless. This trip was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and reconnect!!

If you haven’t visited Sailrock yet you are missing out! By far the best resort I have ever been to. The arrival process is quick and smooth and you are welcomed by staff as soon as you arrive. I stayed in a two bedroom villa which was amazing! Full kitchen with all the amenities, beautiful living room facing my private pool overlooking the ocean, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including indoor and outdoor showers! The food is amazing and the chef and staff were there to make sure your food was perfect. From fresh caught lobster to fresh vegetable salads they have it all. I have to say my favorite was the cove beach. It’s pristine water and complimentary kayaks and ocean floats are a must do. I also highly recommend booking a boat to snorkel in the crystal clear water. I saw more fish, starfish, sea urchins, sea horses and corals than anywhere in the Caribbean of my 65 dives!! The staff makes everything very easy and relaxing for you and don’t forgot to get a massage in the bungalow over looking the ocean. The staff was so amazing and spent time getting to know us, I really miss them. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else.

This was the trip of a lifetime! Sailrock just keeps getting better! This was my 2nd visit, and I never thought anything could top my first. The wonderful staff is kind and personable while treating everyone to the most luxurious and carefree experience. From the moment we arrived, when Harvey gave us a welcoming and exciting tour until we were leaving and saying our goodbyes, we had the most relaxing and beautiful experience. I have Celiac disease and I was worried about finding enough options as this was my first time there since being diagnosed. The resort was knowledgeable and took every precaution to make sure that my food was safe and gluten free. I didn't get sick once and they did not make it feel like an imposition at any point in time. This was a HUGE relief for me and I'd recommend this resort to anyone with food sensitivities or preferences. Karyle and Katherine were just the sweetest and most dilligent servers. Karyle always remembered that my friend and I were gluten free.She was so sweet and present with a smile for almost every meal during our stay. It couldn't have been easy! Katherine was so cheerful and quick while engaging in the fun sentiment of a girls trip. We loved them. Mukesh had our drinks covered at lunch AND dinner even when all 11 of us arrived at once. The grounds and facilities were top notch and we had diligent room service providing cleaning and refills of whatever we would need. I can't decide where we enjoyed spending time the most between our villas, the Great House, and The Cove, it is absolute paradise. We went on 2 excursions to Jerry Camp and a boat tour to Iguana Island and out to see the ocean from so many beautiful spots. This made our trip so unique and exciting. The beauty of the waters in South Caicos is something that can't be described in a few words. It's safe to say that we all left with new experiences and perspectives. King and Leo were our tour guides and they were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They made sure that we had the ultimate experience while constantly looking out for our safety. Counting us, lending an arm to walk on uneven ground, preparing us for each stop. They helped us find beautiful shells and sand dollars to take home and put on great music to make it feel like a party as well. We were in that kind of mood, but I know they would adjust to the vibe of each individual group. We had so much fun on their boat! We also had outdoor massages overlooking the ocean coordinated by our girl Juni. She knew all 11 of us by name and made us feel so welcome and special. She is a ray of sunshine for Sailrock. Her and Putra were there on our first trip and it felt like we were coming back to visit our friends. Oh! They also have buggy rides promptly available if you would like a ride to a location on the property. Ben was a great tour guide on the Hobie Cat and another bright positive light at Sailrock. This was the best trip I have been on in my life thanks to Putra, Sarah

I visited Sailrock for the second time in August and could not have had a better get away with my friends. Putra, Junie and Harvey made us feel right at home. They knew our names right away and checked on us consistently without being overbearing. Our villa locations were perfect. All were very clean and were the perfect place to relax after an exciting day of ocean excursions. The scenery was beautiful and was a quiet and peaceful respite from our normally hectic lives. Within just a couple of minutes walk you can witness the most beautiful sunrise or sunset. Any meal ordered whether from the Great House or the Cove was exquisite. Everyone was beautifully presented by our knowledgeable servers Katherine, Karel , Ruperto, Earl and Ben. Honestly, Chef Janu made the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. Sailrock resort is well managed and clean. The restaurants are top of the line in quality and relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly provided an unparalleled experience for our group. Their hospitality brought an already amazing trip to the next level. We will most definitely return.

Sailrock was by far one of my favorite places I've visited. The staff was amazing. Food was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. We reserved a private chef to cook for my wife and I. Lots of amenities to use and activities to do. Would love to get a vacation property here one day.
