Very spacious architect house. 4 bedrooms of 12m2, one child with 2 beds of 90cm and 3 with beds of 160cm. An office room equipped with a 120cm convertible bed plus one Moroccan sofa, the living room offers 3 additional single beds. Day life: a living room of more than 50m2. A kitchen with adjoining pantry Two toilets, two bathrooms. A large terrace of more than 60m2, equipped with a plancha, two tables (large and small) and chairs allowing meals to 12 , a jacuzzi and a hammock.
The house is equipped with garden 2200m2 fully fenced, perfect for outdoor games and children.
Ideally located in a quiet area for a rest and unforgettable private evenings. Very close to the center of Soulac city (800m), only ten minutes to reach by foot or in less than two minutes by bike, the different beaches are at almost the same distance.
An internet box is active and available in the house.
12 bicycles are also available on site.
A very peaceful and regenerating place, identical to the reputation of the seaside resort Soulac.
Ideal for large family or several couples, this house is totally ground floor and with lots of space in all rooms.
