Great black sand beaches Delicious food with fresh local ingredients, not your ordinary resort cooking Beach rooms are more accessible and have AC. The rooms on the hills are pretty hot at night with all the fans on (better views though) Good for snorkelling and diving

Omggggg I loved my stay here for my 29th birthday. Before I got there I emailed them about reservations and special things for my room and they made it happen. I live the room it made me feel immersed in nature. Please be prepared for walking which was fine for me because I got my cardio there are a lot of steps or can wait for a shuttle. I did yoga with Nelson which was amazing! I loved all the amenities! The beaches are amazing so relaxing and beautiful. Maryland sang me a beautiful song for my birthday which I appreciated. I like to mention Chastixa Names from anse chatanet Melvin Rajesh Felix boat Frederick Reception staff Scuba staff Aloysha check in Who made sure I was take care of. I felt safe as a solo travel. I enjoyed my solitude and mingling with others. The sail was amazing and snorkels was perfect no complaints. No ac but I never felt hot! I got so much reading in. Just a beautiful place. Oh and carnival was going on so I got to party w locals even though that wasn’t on my itenerary. Forecast said it would rain but it never did so keep that in mind don’t let weather forecast discourage you!

Booked a day pass at the resort here as we were staying in the southern part of the island without a beach. The day pass did not disappoint- we were able to have two chairs and a straw hut, food and drinks, with restroom access. Beach was awesome- clear warm water and areas for snorkeling. Food and drinks were great and came right to our beach chairs. Sylvia took care of us on the beach and was amazing!!! The rest of the beach team was great too- checking in if we needed anything! Thanks for the great hospitality on our last beach day Sylvia!!!

This is truly a special place. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of and relaxed. The hotel is set beautifully in the mountainside. The surroundings are lush and serene. The views are spectacular. We loved relaxing on the beach, swimming and snorkeling in the ocean and we took a lovely sunset sail. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff, beach staff, spa and everyone in between went out of their way to make our stay even more special. The food at the restaurants are delicious and well thought out. The menu changes nightly at the Treehouse. Highly recommend the burger at jungle beach bar and grill. Our room was spacious and furnished nicely. We appreciated the larger outdoor area. I was a little hesitant to stay here because most rooms do not have air conditioning. However, we found the room to be cool enough at night. We had dinner at the Jade Mountain club one evening. The views up there are spectacular. And the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. There is a lot of walking, but you can call to request a shuttle pickup.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Great snorkeling off the two beaches and we saw turtles every day. Food is great and room had spectacular view of the pitons. Staff were friendly, particularly Ricardo who sorted out the beach towels for the lounger. The paid for snorkeling trip is probably not worth it as the snorkeling off the beach is better. Lack of air conditioning can be a problem but is outweighed by the rest of the resort. There is a voluntary 2 usd charge per room for the local community, I sincerely hope it is being put towards resurfacing the road to the resort which is in a terrible state and is not a good way to be introduced to the resort.

By far the most amazing service I've ever received in my life. Friendly faces and warm greetings wherever I went. I came with my dive group from Oregon (USA) and we received top notch treatment from Felix, Errol, Kylah and the rest of the dive crew. The food was outstanding, the rooms and views were spectacular, and the entertainment was fantastic. I would recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat.

We had the most wonderful time at Anse Chastanet and are so happy we booked with them for our honeymoon! Upon our arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and a cool towel, which set the tone for a great start to our trip. We were upgraded to a larger room for our honeymoon, which had the most stunning views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. The beach was beautiful and all of the food was so delicious. Everyone was so kind and friendly to us and made us feel so welcomed, which made our honeymoon feel even more special. We booked a “dinner under the stars” experience and had the most incredible evening, which was made even more special by our wonderful server Vanessa! We also booked a “jazzy sunset cruise” and had such an incredible time with wonderful views and music as we watched the sun set. Anse Chastanet was the perfect place for our honeymoon and first time to St Lucia, and we would love to return back someday!

What an incredible place. From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by peace, nature and tranquility. Check-in was a smooth process and the staff were extremely informative. I stayed in suite 5D, Piton Pool Suite which has a private pool. The suite is stunning with cascading views of the Pitons, ocean and resort and comes with a large terrace with sofa’s. A perfect spot to enjoy sunrise and sunset. It was hard to drag me away from the private pool and loungers and down to the beach but I’m so glad I did as the beach is just as stunning. Food is also incredible with a wide array of options and wonderful staff. This resort is something special and I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Anse Chasanet has just got everything right and from beginning to the end of my stay I felt truly relaxed. Thank you to all of the incredible staff.

We had a fantastic and memorable family holiday at Anse Chastanet. My wife and I visited Jade Mountain 9 years ago and it was great to be able to take our family back to this beautiful part of St Lucia. The hotel is extremely well managed and every member of the team were keen to help us have a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We love both the beaches and the snorkeling is awesome. The food was a real highlight for us, and we all enjoyed every meal and every restaurant. Breakfast is worth getting out of bed for! We opted for all inclusive and this worked well for us. We arranged to go for dinner at Jade Mountain one evening, for a small supplement, and this was a real highlight. The menus and food have really moved on since we were last there. Back at Anse Chastanet there was good live music acts in the evening but this is not a party resort and things finish up quite early, which actually suited us. We had hillside rooms which were lovely, with beautiful views of the Pitons and Anse Chastanet Beach. We normally stay in the north when we visit St Lucia, but we will definitely be returning to Anse Chastanet or Jade Mountain.
