El hotel Bristol goza de una ubicación panorámica sobre Sorrento. Ofrece pileta panorámica, gimnasio y un espectacular restaurant en la azotea. Podrá admirar unas bonitas vistas a la bahía.

The hotel is like stepping back in time! The staff are so lovely! The food was incredible every night and the cocktails are to die for. The room was perfectly clean and the views are great. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained. Only a short walk to a shop, and just a little further is the town. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

Stunning hotel with amazing food and great staff in a good location. The views of the bay and harbour are fantastic while you eat. The roof top pool is great. The rooms are very spacious. Sorento is a great place to visit as is The Amalfi coast and Pompeii.

Wow ...it is the right word to describe this hotel. I was there for the second time , together with a group of friends and we were , again, impressed by the great hospitality of this place. Giancarlo , the owner, personally welcomed us in his hotel and the rest of the staff was absolutely great!!! The receptionists , the waiters, the bartender, the room keeper (Olga from Moldova) , everybody make you feel like home. About the rooms there are not enough words to describe the views from the balcony. Amazing....Also breakfast is great and we had dinner fee times in the restaurant, also delicious food. Everything is fantastic. One of the best hotel in the world !!! Believe me , I am a travel manager and I would not say lies. Just go there to see everything with your own eyes. Thank you Bristol for everything!!

The best views of Naples Bay from the immaculately clean room with balcony. Fabulous staff and dining. This hotel made the trip heavenly with an easy walk to the marina and center of town. Staff provided directions to an easy bus ride to bagno Della Regina Giovanna where a hidden walk through olive groves brings to pathways overlooking a cove where you can take a private swim!!

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for walking adventures in Sorrento. Attention to details was evident every single day as our room was cleaned and restocked. Staff was helpful and courteous. We felt like their guests, not customers. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.

We stayed at the Bristol as we were getting married in Sorrento. From the outset, from the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant servers to the room service staff everybody has a passion for their job. Luca the head waiters could not do more for us. We had family staying and would always offer to make up the tables for 8-10 people. Carmene one of the servers was so lovely and passionate for his job. A truly lovely well run hotel with absolutely stunning views, big spacious rooms which definitely helped for the wedding morning. Food is outstanding, not typically Italian food (pizza, pastas etc) however we could not fault the quality or standard of food. You do have the option to change the dinner to lunch option with half board which really helped us. We will definitely be back!

This hotel has the best location, overlooking sorrento and the bay across to vesuvius. We stayed on the 7th floor. Unfortunately no balcony (this didn't seem to be an option on booking?) We had a large picture window instead.. the view looked like a painting! 10 minute walk to the main town and transport networks.. bus / ferry. The hotel is beautiful and classy, the staff made the holiday for me.. courteous, friendly and helpful. Big shout outs to Luca and his team who run a very tight ship in the restaurant. Particularly Gianluca whose loud 'ciao ciao' each morning was a great welcome. My only downside to the hotel is the evening food which let's it down badly. We had half board. It's a very limited menu option all on by order and waiter served. 1st course pasta/ soup / salad.. okay. 2nd course meat or fish but overcooked, mass catering and quite tasteless. Very bland. We were also served awful cheap ice cream / gelato (how on earth could they get this so wrong!) And... tinned peaches as a desert! Definitely not 5star quality. Luckily you have the option to swap for lunch which has a better choice and it is cooked to order. The linguine bolognese was delicious. Breakfast was standard.. nothing much to get excited about. Note... no prosecco or smoked salmon at breakfast like in other hotels of this standard which was a disappointment. However I still rate the hotel 5 out of 5 and I would book here again.. but would not recommend eating here. Hotel management... you need to improve with the food!!

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable bed very clean & had amazing views over Sorrento & Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The food was excellent with a great choice off the menu and different every night. You are served by the friendly & smart staff. The restaurants are comfortable, however remained elegant. The location is ideal for exploring Sorrento and about 15 minute walk to bus station and the same to the port for the ferries. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I do return to Sorrento I would definitely want to stay at the Bristol!

The hotel has an old charm that doesn’t fade away. Starting from the reception, to the bellboy, the maitre d, the house keeping staff etc. I have had the greatest pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel which has everything you possibly would want, immaculately clean and with a great view. I’ve stayed with my family in a beautiful room, with a huge balcony with a wonderful view, and great service without paying the hefty sums typical for this area. If I’m .in sorrento will definitely come back
