El resort seaside boutique presenta varias ineficiencias las cuales enumero: 1. A la hora de ingreso según protocolo de Seaside la pieza asignada NO está preparada para recibir visitas 2. La hora del desayuno es muy desordenada, durante mi estadía tuve que solicitar agua caliente y jugo durante 3 días. El personal no repone los consumos y el pan presento siempre un estado añejo durante los 4 días de mi estadía 3. La playa esta sucia con colillas de cigarrillos, con bolsas y envases plásticos y otras mugres. Nadie la limpio durante mis 4 dias de estadía. Fotos disponibles con el Hotel de fondo. 4.El Jacuzzi de la piscina no funciona, después de insistir durante 2 días logre hacer que algunos de sus jet de agua funcionaran en regulares condiciones. 5. El personal No entiende Ingles y la comunicación es desastrosa Los problemas se van resolviendo muy lentamente con un manager vía mensajes y que no se encuentra presente viendo los problemas. 6. Prohíben el ingreso de bebidas al resort con pago de multa de 1.000.000 Dong, pero el resort No cuenta con bebidas Sin Azúcar lo que no se entiende esta prohibición 7. Le falta mucho para ser categoría 5 estrellas solo le da para 3 estrellas +. Lugar con entorno lindo, pero no funciona correctamente, para la gente local podría ser pero No para turistas Internacionales 8. Precio por noche muy alto en comparación con lo que uno recibe como servicio. 9. El problema que rebalso el vaso de agua, la ducha de la pieza botaba agua menos por su ducha. Con una persona que se duchara, el piso del baño quedaba lleno de agua y resbaladizo, muy peligroso por accidente. El mismo día vinieron a arreglarla.

El mar era hermoso y el paisaje era muy bueno. La comida es normal.
Hay 4 o 5 tiendas en la playa cercana donde puedes elegir tu propio marisco y venderlo por peso a partir de las 6 de la tarde, por lo que puede ser una buena idea pasar por allí mientras das un paseo por la playa. Se tarda unos 20 minutos en taxi en llegar a la ciudad de Quy Nhon, por lo que puede ser un hotel incómodo moverse.

10 out of 10 for attentive service, location views and breakfast. Regretfully weird architectural choices spoil the otherwise perfect stay. Linoleum floors in the shower? This is both cheap and unsafe. Open plan toilet in the suite? To hear ALL bodily functions of your partner? Someone also saved money on half width bath towels. BESIDES the staff Is brilliant and helped.us a lot with delayed baggage. Great hotel with poor architectural chioces

This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

This apartment exceeded all of our expectations and provided a truly unforgettable experience. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with the ocean just a few steps away. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and we spent countless hours just sitting there, taking it all in. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. It felt like a home away from home, but with the added luxury of waking up to a stunning ocean view every day. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals and eating on the balcony, with the sea breeze keeping us cool. The local area has everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, but the best part was being able to return to such a peaceful, serene environment. This apartment provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, and we will definitely be back!

Great service and friendly staffs. Luggage’s taken right away upon arrival. Luggages were delivered to room. Check in was a breeze. Room had a stunning view of the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices from fruits, veggies, western, and of course Vietnamese. Memorable staff members that made an impact of our stay was Charlie. She’s personable. Just a very delightful person to converse with. Another staff member was Anh Dau from the bar. She is a bit shy or maybe there’s a language barrier. Nevertheless, she always greets you with a smile and ask what I’d like to drink even though I just want to chill. Overall, this hotel, the city, Quy Nhon, is a hidden gem that not a lot of tourists have knowledge about in their travels. Very slow pace compared to Hanoi and/or Saigon. More relaxed. We only knew about Quy Nhon because our friend, Phuoc Duhi (a TikTok digital creator), whom we met years ago in Saigon, introduced us to his town. Should you decide to have a slow pace holiday in Vietnam, Quy Nhon should be one of the destinations. Don’t forget to stay here at the FLC. They’ll treat you right.

TtwotaurusPhenomenal! Marvellous week at Zannier. We’re both vegan and the food was delicious- the breakfast with plentiful ripe tropical fruit, creamy coconut yoghurt, a selection of European breads, Vietnamese and western cooked items- total indulgence- it took five days to learn to avoid eating too much. Where to improve: the matcha, the barista coffee, the labelling of vegan items on the buffet, the desserts, the range of vegan dinner items. But these are small matters. The architecture was magnificent, the resort owns the entire land between two headlands - the beach and the valley between. The resort is set into the jungle in the way perhaps a traditional village might have looked with natural materials and low/discreet profiles, making the entire development blend with nature. It was best during the week, it was very quiet without feeling empty, weekend was busy with visitors. Room 133 amazing - although it’s the rice paddy class- this one is in fact located right on the beach. We had a burst water pipe at 430am and were moved for the next night to a beach pool villa- which was superb. Andy on the front desk was very sweet, empathetic and professional in handling this. Weather was perfect in July, dry, warm and overcast. Free activities every day eg kayak e-foil hike, we were five nights and always had something to look forward to.

UUsuario invitadoMy spouse and I spent a couple of days of our honeymoon at Que Toi Village and we were thrilled that we found this hidden gem! The landscape is well designed to the local countryside scenery. It has a good balance of traditional and modern touches. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean and offers a very nice view of the Xuan Dai Bay. You can easily see the Tu Nham sand dunes from here too. Very reasonably priced spa services (I wish you good luck in finding a second technician soon!). Que Toi Village is like an oasis because it's pretty far from the downtown of the two nearest cities (Tuy Hoa & Quy Nhon) and the nearby Song Cau town doesn't offer much F&B options either, so we were relieved that the resort has its own restaurant that offers of a lot of great choices in their menu. We also loved that the food can be served and enjoyed at the convenience of your own room. The staff is truly amazing! We felt we have never experienced a service of such exceptional quality and dedication before. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We stayed during the New Year holidays and for more than once, they surprised us with complimentary gifts and drinks and snacks that we totally didn't expect! The resort is right next to the main freeway, however honestly throughout the whole 3 days we were there we barely noticed the honking sounds in the background.
