Utsav grand property is very big, but very poorly maintained, no hot water supply, cob webs, leaks in the walls covered with fungus, no staff to attend, pegion menance all over the property. I spite of complaint s to change the room staff was very reluctant. Very bad experience did not want to defame but not worth u are money.

Room was not clean and bed spread and comforts were torn. When requested theyu provided new one. It was also torn

Not well maintained property, fungus and cob webs every were, reluctant and clueless staff. Needs lot of staff for maintenance.

Hotel utsav grand location and overall appearance is good. They need to improve the upkeep of the rooms (missing covers from profile lights, squeaking fans, bed sheet with holes, washroom (stinky, dirty with dripping water, no exaust fans, hotel meals were average only.

It wasn’t something exquisite but it was decent in all regards. Can be visited again too. I would say the management could have been better regarding the room service.

No hot water, no breakfast, there was a rain water leakage from window. House keeping staff was not there. Room cleaning was not done. Too-many mosquitoes. Continuously power cut was there due to this a/cwas not working. Leakages in the toilet. Please don’t recommend this place to anybody in future.
