Hopeless room, no sanitary arrangement, pungent smell in room, so we leave room immediately and checked out within hour please ask hotel authorities to return the amount. If you want to see reality ask your agent to check the hotel.

1) horrible experience to say the least- 1) beds are not clean. And very dirty. 2) towels are not clean and very dirty. 3) non functional kitchen 4) had a tough time in spending time in room. 5) not worth money. 6) only good thing is location and parking.

There was a smell of fish in the corridor, and the food was not good at all. The hotel's services were very poor. I do not recommend this hotel for a family stay. The management needs to focus on cleanliness and customer service.

Very poor experiance, 1) washbasin drainage line not proper, 2) we booked for 3 person they given extra bed like rubbish, 3) they given only 2 towel and say we have not available one more. 4) we ask for dinner and they tell us please order our restaurant is under maintenance, 5) we ask for soap and shampoo they given only 3 shampoo it’s clinic plus worth rs 1- only. I will never recommending to other.

The room is nice but:
1. There are no food arrangements in-spite of them having a resturant. 2. The balcony is full of pigeon dung and feathers. I told the staff to clean but they said they will send someone but no one came to clean it
3. Ac compressors are in a bad shape and full of pigeon dung. Lack of maintenance
4. A day before i came here i called them up to ensure the rooms are clean but they said yes and i have to face the issues
5. I had to order from zomato for food
6. All the locks are jammed and have to be pushed with strength to close it including the bathroom door. Only cold water comes and the staff say it will take some time you have to keep tap on and spill the cold water which leads to water wastage and they dont care about this. We had to take shower in cold water in the month of december end the rates do not match with the quality of service

The rooms are terrible to stay with family, especially with parents and kids. Hotel rooms are just fine to do time pass. There are no restaurants inside the hotel for morning tea. There are no restaurants nearby the hotel location, and it is very tough to live with family. The windows of bathrooms are broken due to which cool air was coming. Overall, the experience is very bad and won't suggest this hotel to anyone
