Very well appointed and managed, quiet and safe, convenient to everything including Vergelegen Mediclinic, good space, bedding, and shower.

Driving up into the reservation for the first time we knew this was special. Beautiful surroundings and a peacful feeling. The security of this community makes you feel very safe. We were welcomed in this beautiful accommodation by very friendly and helpful staff. A luxurious self contained apartment with a private entrance, just what the doctor ordered. Inside is roomy with everything you need, fully functioning kitchen, A/C, etc. The beds make for a very good nights sleep and quietness of the location is an added bonus. The answer/solution to any queries we had were just a whatsapp or phone call away. This accommodation is at the top of our list for our next visit to the area.

Our Queen Apartment was excellently and modernly equipped. Air conditioning, TV with DStv, kitchen with fridge freezer and even dishwasher, a very comfortable bed, the lovely seating area outside with a view of the town of Strand and of the False Bay, really left nothing to be desired. However, we can absolutely NOT recommend the accommodation! What is not quite so bad is that driving in and out of the absolute ‘high security’ Boskloof Estate is quite annoying: the entry and exit is connected with considerable effort every single time. Above all, however, the hosts are very irritating, to say the least. The elderly lady present, probably the owner Maggie, was always desperate not to start a conversation with us, she was practically always on the run from us. And the owner, Craig, who only corresponded with us via WhatsApp, apparently wants to have his inventory replaced by his guests, because he obviously takes every opportunity to replace inventory that the guests have unintentionally soiled with new, better inventory at the guests' expense immediately and without giving them the opportunity for a discussion. In our case, professional cleaning would have been easily possible and not a replacement (if this had actually taken place at all!). Of course, we ended up paying for a much cheaper cleaning, but only after the South African travel company through which we had booked the accommodation intervened with the host. In any case, the completely unfair behaviour shown by the host can in no way lead to a recommendation!

We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed it. The property has amazing views. Definitely Will book again but for a longer stay next time. The apartment has everything you will need for a small getaway. The staff was friendly. It was nice and quiet.

Stunning place with a stunning view in an estate where you can even enjoy some trails with a panoramic view on False bay.
