The overall experience was average. They provided 1 towel when another one i have asked for then brought a torn towel and it looked dirty and they provided one small water bottle only, and hot water was not hot it was coming normal in hot water tap.

Stay was comfortable , property is also good , food is also tasty however parking can be improved as we were required to hand over the keys to reception for the entire night which is little discomfort. Special mention regarding service and want to highlight Mr. Rahul Bali was very cooperative and extended his service for our kid which was very appreciated by us.

Hotel Surya Executive was not like what was seen in the photos. Don't know what rating I should give it to it. The rooms were typical lodge type. Staff untrained. Breakfast was not fully arranged till 8.00 am. Food quality was just ok. we had expected it to be a 3-star hotel as per the info given on the app and the charges paid. But no. it's nit value for the money paid. High-priced and no quality service and amenities.

My stay at vaishnavi was disappointing, as the hotel staff appeared untrained, and there was a noticeable lack of amenities. There was no room service, no food options provided, no wifi, and an overall absence of hospitality. Despite raising a complaint about the wifi, the issue was not resolved by the time i checked out. I had to arrange my own meals, even though there was a restaurant downstairs, as the hotel staff was uncooperative. Additionally, the room provided was unsuitable for a solo business traveler, with a glass partition between the room and the bathroom, which was highly inconvenient.

The hotel seems to be newly constructed. The owner being an ex-serviceman was extremely courteous and receptive. Rooms were clean and neat. No problems with the ac, tv or bathroom cleanliness. There is still room for improvement as per the following. 1. The lift must have a backup power supply with seemingly frequent powercuts. 2. The staff's response time is very poor on your needs and complaints. I had to call the owner, who was out of station, to get drinking water after several calls to the reception did not yield any results. 3. Even smaller hotels are providing bottled drinking water nowadays. Though the drinking water is claimed to be aqua-guard water, providing that in a steel jug like olden days does not go well with the customers. Due to this, i refused the water and bought my own. One litre bottle a day won't cost that much to earn the goodwill of patrons. 4. The restaurant) is a small kitchen with not much option in breakfast or any other food. Don't expect a lavish 'complimentary' breakfast. But, whatever served was like home cooked food and tasted ok.

Stayed overnight in executive room. Property is under renovation. Location and external ambience is good but service needs improvement. Wash basin and commode were broken. Washroom needs renovation. Drinking water and towels were provided on request. Kettle and tea/coffee making facility is not provided in the room, which is expected keeping in view the high room tarrif. Did not try food.

Hot water was available on in the morning from 7 to 10am. There were cockroaches and insects in the room. The linen wasnt changed recently. Was dusty. Positively its walkable frm the station and to eateries around so a good choice of place. Provided with drinking water, towel and soap. As a single female traveller felt pretty safe. Overall an average experience.
