1. charged extra for early check in. 2. locks of the room not working
3. bathroom were not clean, found insects and pest 4. rude behaviour of staff
5. not received dental kit, shaving kit, soaps and shampoos 6. no refrigerator 7. no tea and coffee set

Hotel location is ok, however there is no maintenance of bathroom fittings. Shower is leaking and no towels are provided. Dinner menu and food quality was poor. No salad or pickle was provided. Makemytrip to ensure costing of dinner and breakfast before confirming with hotel since they are not providing buffet. Very simple food compare to cost charged by you

It is a horrible hotel. They even do not have room keys. We had a booking for 2 days. At one night at about 3. 30 am some one tried to enter our room by master key but since we had locked nicely we were safe. Please do not book this hotel.

The stay was a blunder, even i complained with team but there was no support. 1. Blankets were dirty and there holes in it
2. Room was not as per the pictures
3. Bathroom was so filthy couldn't even stand in that 4. Wifi was not working 5. Even after complaints there was no support from the hotel staff. 6. There was no hot water, shower was not working and the buckets kept in bathroom already had dirty water from previous guest. Oh the ac swing was also not working and they didn't do anything about that also.

No cleaning, worst service, cokroach at rooms, very very horrible stay. As shown in photos its totally opposite, so before booking need to confirm

The facilities were very bad It is not better than a lodge. Breakfast was ok. Room was very bad. Have to park my car outside on road. It was told towels will be given at 8 am

We booked 3 rooms in all. Out of which 1 room was very unclean, the sofa bed was not functional, the bathroom was also very dirty, from hygiene point of view, i would not recommend this hotel if such is a service. The other two rooms were good. In breakfast also only limited items were there. There is lot of scope for improvement
