"We reached hotel at around 12 pm,we were told check in time is 2pm however they will call if room is available,we reached at 3.30pm they never called , and breakfast is strictly limited with few veg items and no eggs as well.they even run out of pickles or ice if you plan to enjoy your drink in the room even I told them to refill shower gel couple of times which they never did ,They had no internet as well on the first day and only you tube works on their tv. at 11am they called to check out as that was there check out time ,I have been to many hotels never ever I have seen so unapologetic and inhospitable behaviour by the staff. They don't have a swimming pool nor a garden to stroll around.i had taken two interconnecting rooms for two nights ,it's the first time I had a bad experience with a new branded hotel ,right from front desk ,housekeeping or the restaurant. They should learn from Sterling Puri staff how a hotel should be run."

"Really had a pleasant stay in the retreat constructed by ITC. Well maintained property with courteous staff members from security till the superior level staff. I booked the room on the 16 of this month for celebrating anniversary and was really humbled by the warm welcome by the front of the house staff with Tilak by Ms. Muskaan and a scarf by Ms. Shivangi followed by welcome drinks. The check-in process was really smooth and swift which was really well handled by Ms. Sunaina and Mr. Abhishek. We were escorted to our forest pod which truly was a great experience nestled in between nature and truly feels like living in between jungle surrounded by peace of the mountains as well as serenity. Our pod was well decorated by towel art and balloons which made our stay even more exciting. We were well guided by the hotel staff about the facilities available at the property. There are certain recreational activities which a person can utilise their time and enjoy the property as well. We went for hi-tea where the food served was delicious ***** with Mr. Vinay came and he helped us playing the game of housie which was a good interaction session with other in-house guests. We were well served with a complimentary cake by the hotel to make our celebrations more special and making our stay a memorable one. Food is finger licking good and Chef ansh did a fabulous job looking out for our food requirements. Not to forget the F&B staff Mr. Nikhil was really helpful with the menu who had good knowledge about the menu as well as the taste of the food. Good recommendations on board."

The food, service and housekeeping were good. Seclude has a charming restaurant called Annie's Song Cafe that has both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a peaceful retreat perfect for a weekend getaway!"
