Rupesh and the team were wonderful. Every hotel member was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Their service was exceptional, making us feel truly valued. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

It was my husband’s 40th birthday celebration with family & friends; i think choosing this property was one of my best decisions. The hospitality, food, ambience, weather, staff, everything was more than perfect. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mr. Suresh, Mr. Mohit, Mr. Abhimanyu, Mr. Vivek ,Mr. Vineet & actually everyone made sure our celebration was memorable. Kudos to housekeeping team, they were at toes all the time. Never seen such prompt services anywhere. Thanks alott Fortune select forest hill for life time memories.! One more thing Mr. Satish was the only one person that doesnot fit in this property, since he has no regard to talk & is extremely mannerless. Also promises something & later denies. So be watchful if u talk to this ***.

What a Beautiful place ! Nice peoples arround . Awesome hospitality,food . We were there with our group from Mumbai . We have enjoyed the stay , excellent hospitality,food ,rooms . A special mention for Mr. Mohit Chauhan and his team , whenever we entered in the restaurant,this gentleman Mohit ,always there in our breakfast,lunch ,dinner . Wow , appreciated. Thanks to Niranjan , Tajeshwar ,Mukesh Thakur , Divya , Rimpa , Anjali , Dimple . I forgot the names , thanks to them also . We will be back soon !!!! Thanks again Chauhan ji .

I had a lovely time at the property. It's well maintained and located in a picturesque location. The staff is really sweet and helpful, I'd like to thank Reeta, Arunima, Pallavi, Aman and Karuna for their help and hospitality during our stay

One if the warmest staff i have meet ever, every staff member is smiling and ready to help. The location, the food , hightea, everything was great. No complaints The rooms were cozy and spacious. Front staff is very very helpful and highlight was hightea time , which we enjoyed the most.

everything is fabulous , rooms, hospitality food as well. and special thanks to miss pallavi she so caring and doing there duties perfectly thanks pallavi. one suggestion for faculty should provided welcome or return gift because when guest going back will be feel hotel going with us.

I had a very emotional moment at the hotel, the whole team….now part of our family celebrated our anniversary with a beautiful gesture by offering us cake ON THE HOUSE…the team of Chef Shivraj assisted by Chef…Dinesh, Sanjay & Nitin ***** with the service staff Mr. Vineet, Mr. Abhimanyu, Mr. Niranjan, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Karan, Mr. Rakesh & Mr. Rohit made our stay memorable and special, they all pampered us spoilt…A BIG THANK YOU AND CONTINUE THE GREAT WORK….🌹

I spent two nights i.e. 25th and 26th October’2024 and had the most memorable time. The location, the room, the food, the hospitality and the STAFF. I would like to thank each and every one of the staff members for making our stay comfortable. As soon as we reached there, Ms. Himanshi and Ms. Reeta at the front desk greeted us and were very polite. Mr. Abhishek at the front desk showed our room with a broad smile on his face. Soon after that we went for the high tea and had a good time eating all the snacks, drinking tea and coffee. At night we had a wonderful dinner as the chef prepared the delicious food. I was celebrating my daughter’s 10th Birthday and the decoration done by the hotel staff in the room was very tasteful. The next day was no different starting from breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. Mr. Rakesh Kumar took care of our entertainment and explained the activities that we can do during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the way he conducted Tambola and other activity for all the guest's. I would like to specially mention the name of Mr. Rupesh, Mr. Hemant, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Vineet, Mr. Himanshu. They all are very courteous, smiling and took good care while serving food. Enjoyed all the meals prepared by Chef Naveen Ji. All the dishes were lip smacking. We would love to visit again. A BIG THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN TO ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS!!!!!!

Booked it because of the ITC brand , one cannot go wrong with it. Had a family room set which was great, spacious and with a balcony overlooking the valley. Pro- safe, clean , great service with a smile Con- Difficult to reach location because of no sign boards , Not in Kasauli it’s in solan towards a village in the middle of nowhere so one has to be content with being in the property itself.
