Glenview Resort Kasauli, a Member of Radisson Individuals

Excellent place and wounderful experience. I went with my family and other couple. All of us enjoyed excellent food as well as atmosphere.

We stayed at Glenview resort kasauli for a conference with more than 100 delegates. It is an excellent resort with an awesome view of Shivalik Hills, Staff is very helpful.Rooms are airy and spacious with sitting areas and furnished balconies with hill views. Amenities include breakfast buffet, a chic restaurant and a bar, as well as a lounge. There is also a spa, an outdoor infinity pool and a gym. A game room offers billiards and table tennis etc. Swings and play area for kids too. Note- Be careful of monkey scare

We recently stayed at your hotel and while there were a few positives, I feel compelled to share some concerns that left us disappointed. To begin with, the hotel location was excellent, and the restaurant staff was courteous and well-behaved. The food was also quite tasty, which we appreciated. However, we observed some troubling instances of partial treatment that are hard to ignore. Near the swimming pool area, no food or beverages were allowed for guests, yet we saw a group openly ordering and consuming food there. When we inquired, we were told that they were relatives of the hotel owner, specifically the owner's son. This double standard felt like sheer hypocrisy and created a sense of unfairness among the regular guests. To add to this, the jacuzzi was kept blocked and reserved exclusively for the owner’s son, and there were no pool timing restrictions applied to him or his group, unlike for the other guests. Additionally, the staff seemed casual and unbothered when asked for certain services, which was disappointing given the expectations from a hospitality provider. These instances created an uncomfortable experience and took away from what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that all guests are treated equally and with respect, regardless of internal affiliations.

Good, scenic and clean property. Good staff and provided good hospitality. Check in and check out was very smooth. Food quality is good. House keeping and reception staff was very nice and helpful. Overall experience was excellant. Hoever property needs some investment and staff requires training..
