Had the most amazing experience hosting our wedding at Kasauli Windsor Resort. We booked the entire property for 3 nights and 4 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. From the Haldi and Mehndi to the Sangeet and wedding reception, everything was perfectly planned and executed. Special shoutout to Sandeep, the Manager, who was incredibly professional and ensured everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to the entire team at the resort for their hard work, attention to detail, and impeccable service. The staff was always attentive, the food was delicious, and the rooms were beautifully appointed. We recently had a very peaceful stay at this resort during Dussehra weekend..the location of this resort is on the main Kasauli road, a bit far from the main town, which is good if you have your own vehicle. However, the traffic of the road would not bother you as their rooms are located on the other side (valley facing)...rooms are well-appointed, clean, specious and airy, give you spectacular view of sunrise from the bed itself..rooms have climate control as well..balcony is also specious with a sitout..buffet spread was good..Indian dishes, especially the tandoor items and butter chicken were delicious..but one striking and commendable aspect which I must mention is its service..the staff is quick, prompt and courteous..always serves you with a smile..overall we had a pleasant experience at this resort..keep it up!!!

The stay was very good. The view from room was very pleasant. The location is very convenient as it has a parking space of its own.

I would love to write the reviews as my experience is not so good. The hotel people were very stubborn in their rules, while booking we missed to add the breakfast package so requested at hotel and to mm t customer care to add the breakfast in our package and we were ready to pay the amount but they didn't provide it. The dinner we ordered was also not up to the mark. We were getting better food outside. I booked windsor because of the name but it wasn't as per windsor standards
