Huge yard with deck, picnic tables and grill. Beach accessible from back yard for swimming, walks, kayaking and hunting for sea glass and rocks. Walking distance to Sodus Point public beach, historic light house and parks. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away and safe walk home. Rental comes with use of three kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Washer/Dryer, gas fireplace, linens and bath towels included. On rainy days, there is a television in the living room equipped with fire stick, DVD player and WiFi; or just unplug with board games or cards. Plenty of parking for friends and guests.
