Courtyard Sliema

Instalaciones: Lleva poco tiempo inaugurado y las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Higiene: Muy limpio y sencillo, el servicio de habitaciones también es muy bueno todos los días. Servicio: La recepción nos ayudó a reservar un servicio de traslado de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, que estuvo muy bien. A los chinos que vinieron a recogernos para el vuelo de la mañana temprano les cobraron 50 euros, y el hotel nos ayudó a reservar un coche por 23 euros. Entorno: Al ser propiedad de Marriott, todo es muy bueno y desde la ventana se ve el mar directamente. La habitación no es pequeña, en Europa se considera grande. La estancia fue muy cómoda. El desayuno se servía en el piso superior. El desayuno occidental era igual, pero había muchas opciones. Bebí mucho yogur.

Fantastyczny hotel w idealnej lokalizacji! Łóżka bardzo wygodne, pokoje utrzymane w perfekcyjnej czystości. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie - zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Dodatkowym plusem były podgrzewane baseny, które umożliwiły nam komfortowy relaks nawet poza sezonem. Zdecydowanie wrócimy!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the brand new courtyard by marriott hotel in sliema. The hotel is thoguhtfully designed to a very high standard with all the required amenities available - the staff work very hard to maintain a high level of cleanliness. The location of the hotel is great, set back from the sliema coastline and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. During our stay we used the rooftop pool and spa facilities - both of which were great (both pools heated), clean and well maintained. We had breakfast on the final day and were impressed with the value and wide selection available. The thing that stood out most to us though was the exceptional service by the staff, particularly Helen and the reception team who made us feel extremely welcome from the second we arrived. They were extremely helpful in ensuring we made the most of our visit to Malta, suggesting itineraries for each day with restaurant recommendations to match our preferences. Upon check-in Helen recognised it was my birthday coming up and despite it not falling during our stay, the reception team arranged for our room to be decorated, with chocolates and Prosecco delivered to our room - this was a lovely surprise and really demonstrates how attentive the team were - we really appreciate it. Prior to arrival we were aware of comments regarding the noise from the corridors / lifts. Whilst we were located a little bit away from the lifts we still heard doors opening and closing and noise from the corridors each morning - this was easily resolved for us as we wore ear plugs each night. This was the only minor negative on this fantastic hotel - if there is anything that can be done to improve the sound proving of the doors I think this would be beneficial, or if ear plugs could be provided in the rooms, this would fix this issue for others. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
