My 16 yr old daughter and I haven’t been away together for years and so this trip was really important to us. Kassandra Bay did not disappoint in any way. Hotel and staff were fantastic. We stayed in room 406 with a superb view of the sea and the world’s biggest balcony! Our room was cleaned everyday which was much appreciated. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The beach was at the bottom of the garden and had its own sunbeds with buzzers so you could order anything from the beach bar without getting up! The food in the restaurants is lovely with much choice and the breakfast is very varied and cooked very well. Getting into town was simple, either the hotel would ring for a taxi, only cost 12 euro or you could jump on the very regular boat taxi which left from the beach ( at the bottom of the garden), 4 euro per person, I highly recommend this, we did it lots. I would not hesitate to recommend Kassandra Bay to anyone, you won’t be disappointed x

Stayed here for a week in early July. The resort is as modern and comfortable as the pictures make it out to be. Rooms were spotless and had all facilities you could wish for. The beach and pool were well-kept and did not feel cramped when we were there. Not sure if the resort was fully booked, but we were pleasantly surprised by the calm atmosphere and lack of crowds throughout our stay. The staff was super friendly, fluent in English and attentive to all our needs. Getting to Skiathos town and back was easy thanks to the bus, as well as the boat taxi stop right on the beach. Remember to shop some groceries for the in-room fridge when you are in town though, as the nearest supermarket is a bit of a walk away from the hotel. Or rent a vehicle to explore the island, the staff at the reception will facilitate that for you.

Beautiful peaceful hotel with excellent service. We stayed here for a family wedding in skiathos and loved the hotel. Could not fault it. Staff were excellent and the hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely food too

We stayed in the suites we had a lovely sea view overlooking the infinity pool the rooms did look down into the rooms with private pools not great for us or the people in the private pool rooms Our room was nice but I wouldn’t say 5 star . Breakfast was good nice touch having separate breakfast room for suite guests. We had lunch at the hotel on a couple of days which was okay .the bell system on the sun beds to order drinks was good and worked well. Staff throughout the hotel were very good. Plenty of sun beds both round the pools and the beech we didn’t experience any sun beds wars. Great location easy access to Skiathos town or beaches further along the coast by use of the bus system but be prepared to be crammed on the buses

We have stayed at KB every time we visit our favourite island, it never disappoints. We have tried looking elsewhere but we always get drawn back, it feels like home. Food is excellent, rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff are the best there is. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after you. I especially loved the tea and coffee facilities in the room which was already there. All the staff are amazing and work really hard, it doesn't go unnoticed and I would especially like to thank Paniotis, such a caring attitude. George, lovely young man with a smile to match, made my day and also Evangelos who looked after me with my plates and chairs, exceptional service. Kudos to you all. This is why we love coming back and hence why we have already booked for May 2026 and it can't come quick enough. ανυπομονώ να σας δω όλους

We had the most amazing stay at Kassandra Bay this July. Our room was lovely and bed was very comfy. The pool areas were great and the beach too. Every single staff member was so attentive and friendly, can’t fault it at all. Thank you so much! X

The stay at Kassandra Bay was perfect. Everything about our stay was amazing. The service is top notch, the food is delicious in the restaurants, the cocktails at the bar were great, and the staff was always so welcoming. The pool is a nice place to relax in-between Beach trips. There's ample parking if you rent a car. I want to give a special thank you to Panos who went above and beyond to help us every single day. The hotel manager, Mr Araptopoulos was also extremely helpful our entire stay. They take pride in what they do and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. To top everything off, the hotel is in a great location close to the ports for amazing restaurants and shopping, and also convenient to all the best beaches.

We have stayed at Kassandra Bay a number of times and it never disappoints. This year it was obvious that significant investment had taken place and it was excellent, but the biggest asset are the staff, from cleaners, to hosts, bar and restaurant staff and managers, every signal one of them go above and beyond. We will be back.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff excellent and hard working. The views from the rooms and beach were wonderful. I felt some improvements are needed. The toilets nearest to reception for guests to use on arrival or the restaurant users are also the ones used by the pool users and sea/beach users...they were appalling! broken doors that didn't lock properly..toilet seats askew and down a dark unappealing corridor. A hotel of this standard should have good quality toilets in the reception area for folk arriving or using the restaurants. The food on offer was not authentic Mediterranean which was disappointing even a Greek salad was not on offer at either of the restaurants. The parasols on the beach were inadequate at providing shade in the morning and because the sunbeds are so close together it was not possible to move them into the shade, this meant we did not use the beach in the morning only in the afternoon once the sun had moved round. I have stated some negatives but again please let me reinforce these negatives do not refer to the staff who are all lovely and they deserve 5 stars!
