We arrived at Serena court hotel and Phil &Chris were so welcoming and friendly, the room was absolutely perfect and in immaculate condition perfect for our weekend break, we had breakfast both morning and Chris ensured the food was exactly how we asked for it, we really cannot thank them enough, nothing is to much trouble for them. Cannot wait to book again and really recommend this gorgeous B&B. Thanks so much Kay & Ian

Christine and Phil were perfect hosts, friendly and accommodating. Comfy and very clean bedrooms and all atound lovely guest house. Great breakfast was a good way to start and wake up to each morning. I stayed here with my mother and auntie.

We have not been on holiday for years and needed a short break,Skegness being our favorite place to go,Serena Court caught our eye so we booked our break . The hosts Phil and Chris were so welcoming it was like staying with friend and made us so welcome from the first step through the door. The room we had very nice decore with everything we needed for our break. We decided to have breakfast which was spot on and set us up for the day.Nothing was too much for Chris and Phil and we sat outside many time talking for ages,We will be going again thats for sure see you soon i hope ,love from George and Bev x

On arrival we were greeted by the hosts , they were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. They gave us the choice of which room we wanted . Breakfast was lovely available to order at a cost of £9 per person . Our room was lovely and clean , tea and coffee available, tv on wall . Bed was lovely and comfy , pillows were lovely and soft . We were in a downstairs room (no 2 ) never heard anything . Location was excellent just on the road behind the front Definitely stay again

I cannot rate this hotel enough,I definitely would stay again, I brought my granddaughter for a lovely break away and I found the guest house owners very warming friendly and informative on where nice to visit and good food places. The Guest House itself was very clean the room was nicely decorated the bed was very comfortable and tea coffee was provided there was free WiFi and the shower was very clean. I had no noise issues at night and the Guest House itself is very close to the beach but set back out the way so you don't get all the noise at night so absolutely perfect in my opinion I would choose this Guest house again when I return and will definitely be comming back.

Spent a few days here with my partner who uses a wheelchair. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the hosts Phil and Chris were very helpful, they go over and beyond for their guests and are the nicest couple. Great location and would definitely recommend this hotel.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. We have just stayed for two nights in a superior double that is absolutely spotlessly clean with gorgeous decor, very comfy bed, beautiful bed linen, lovely fluffy pillows. Towels changed daily bed made and breakfast was very tasty with plenty of toast. Hosts Phil and Christine can’t do enough for you and we were very sad to leave after a fantastic long weekend. We will definitely be back and would recommend this little gem to anyone, thsnk you for a wonderful stay ❤️❤️❤️

We'd originally booked the smallest room, we got there and they'd given us the next size room with no extra charge. It was greatly appreciated. We got to park off road right next to the hotel. The hosts were very nice and wanted to chat with you. The room although small was still ok, clean and tidy, comfy bed. Breakfast was nice, my wife said it's the best breakfast she'd had in a b&b. Free wifi Hotel is ideally situated for the attractions. We recommend the hotel and will visit again

Loved our stay. Phil and Christine are amazing hosts, even though we arrived later than expected, they were there to greet us. A lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble for them. Phil cooks a mean breakfast and Chris keeps the place spotlessly clean. The location is brilliant, a short walk brings you to the centre of Skegness with some fabulous bars and restaurants. It's been many years since I was last in Skegness and will definitely be back again soon. I can thoroughly recommend the Serena Court, we had such a good time, we asked to stay an extra night!
