Great stay.. the only downside is you do only get one pillow so we had to ask for more.. we got two more so we had to debate over who was having them. Rooms are a little small when the extra beds are in. Other than that it’s spot on and has everything you need. Parking for £3 for 24 hours is fantastic value!

Pillows and towels had makeup on, remote control was dirty and didn’t work with tv, air conditioning unit was broken and made a very loud buzzing noise with no option to move rooms as hotel fully booked and hotel knew room had an issue as booked maintenance to fix but would take days to come and informed us takes time to approve job request and premier inn didn’t inform us before we arrived just offered drink vouchers. Very disappointing as the noise was so loud we got no sleep and no where to relax in bar area as unless you eating nowhere to sit as fighting over 4 chairs would not return

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, well worth the money, the children's breakfast was free. The children loved being able to choose what they wanted to eat because there was so much choice. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Brilliant hotel! We had a lovely sea view. Room was spotless and perfect size for a family. We had family room 2 kids +cot there was plenty of space to live for the week. Everything you need. Bed was the best bed we have ever slept in. Everything on your doorstep. Menu has plenty, loved the £5 value menu ideal for the larger families on a budget. The best part where the staff, they couldn't do any more for you. The girl on the desk, didn't get her name but brown hair always there to help us. Kirk and jamie-leigh went bove and beyond for us when we dined. My children loved the attention and they went above and beyond to make them feel special! They can't wait to come back and see you all again! Thank you xxx

The hotel was very clean, staff very kind and friendly, bed very comfortable. The restaurant was very clean, staff very friendly and food delicious...all toilets were very clean...I felt very happy and safe and the place was very welcoming.

I have been staying here regularly since the hotel opened and used to enjoy staying here. But no more since the introduction of parking fees. The hotel wasn’t the cheapest to stay in in the first place but now because of the parking charges I will no longer be staying here😢

Happy,helpful staff in a very clean comfortable hotel. Evening meal was very good and breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a decent coffee machine as a bonus!! Easy parking for £3 overnight was good value as well.

Good Location , it near the sea front that I can walk in the early morning and evening. Walk to the Train station only 10-15 mins. The breakfast is good specially the bread and muffin. You can have a great breakfast here. The hotel service also good and clean.

We both had a very poor night's sleep. Soundproofing at this hotel is extremely bad. Noise could be heard from guests in other rooms and slamming doors overnight. If you want a good night's sleep, stay elsewhere. Very disappointing for Premier Inn.
