Magnificent T2 luxury apartment completely renovated in 2019.
It is 50m from 2 magnificent beaches and 150m from shops and restaurants.
The terrace overlooking the sea and the 10m2 swimming pool offers you a privileged space to observe boats or kite surfing from one of the deckchairs or high up on the hammock.
Excellent orientation: due south sheltered from the wind! The apartment is fresh (through) and bright.
The residence is the most popular in Sanary and Six-fours, formerly Pierre et Vacances, it offers a fabulous setting, in fact it is nestled in a green setting of 35ha fully protected. You will have direct access to the lake and its walks under the pines.
You can also take advantage of the tennis courts, pétanque, its tree climbing and its brand new Olympic swimming pool (50m).
The place is ideal for walking in the shade during the hottest hours.
The apartment offers direct access to one of the most beautiful coastal paths in the region, and to 2 golden sandy beaches with emerald waters (100m).
An 11km protected cycle track by the sea will allow you to easily connect Sanary-sur-Mer or the Brusc departure for the Embiez islands.
A magnificent 380m2 swimming pool (+ 1 paddling pool for children) overlooks a 180 ° view of Sanary-sur-Mer bay and the Embiez islands, a breathtaking view.

Super localisation mais literie à revoir
Tout d'abord, je trouve que le lieu et la résidence sont vraiment géniaux. C'est un endroit vraiment joli et calme.
Le plus gros problème reste le canapé convertible où il est tout bonnement impossible de dormir dessus, je ne sais pas comment les anciens locataires ont fait.
Ce n'est pas un problème de matelas mais de sommier.
On s'enfonce énormément dedans comme dans un hamac et on roule vers le milieu du lit...
J'ai remarqué qu'une latte était cassée (mais elle seule ne justifie pas le problème du sommier), je l'ai fait remarqué à l'agence qui gère l'appartement : je n'ai eu aucun retour...
Pareil pour la console de jeu, les manettes ne fonctionnent pas, pas de retour de l'agence...
Le code de la résidence a changé pendant notre séjour et nous n'en avons même pas été informés, on s'est retrouvé coincé derrière le portail en attendant qu'un autre locataire nous fournisse le code.
Et pour parler de l'agence, les deux personnes que nous avons rencontrés étaient très spéciales, peu avenantes ni sympathiques. Elles ne nous ont pas donné les bracelets de piscine dès notre arrivée car la piscine était soit disant fermée, alors que je remarque dès le lendemain qu'elle était ouverte...
Résultat : deux jours où nous n'avons pas pu en profiter et en fin de semaine il pleuvait, nous n'y sommes allés qu'une fois finalement.
A l'état des lieux de sortie, la personne n'avait pas ramené notre chèque de caution, elle ne nous a rien demandé, même pas si le séjour s'était bien passé.
