Royalty Suites Seaside

We stayed for two nights over the August bank holiday weekend and the hotel is what you expected from a Hampton. Nice and comfortable room, comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. There's a big parking space (extra charge though), and the hotel is in a very convenient place if you want to explore the area.

We had a very enjoyable stay of 10 nights at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti. The location could hardly be better. It is out of the very busy centre of Nikiti so it is quiet but within walking distance of the restaurants. Just a few metres away is a little beach with sun umbrellas reserved for people staying at the Royalty Suites. The beach is of rather coarse sand and pebbles and is not maintained very well - there were quite a few bits of paper and plastic on the beach. Could the Royalty and other nearby businesses not do something about this? It is probably not somewhere you would want to spend many hours but the sea is clear and welcoming and ideal for a refreshing swim. Nikiti is a great base for visiting Sithonia. We hired a car for our holiday and travelled to different parts of the peninsula each day (we also spent a day in Thessaloniki). I do not think it would be feasible to do it by public transport and a transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to the Royalty Suites, though available, is quite expensive. There are parking spaces around the Suites. Our room was of a good size and well equipped. The main room was the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a desk and a wardrobe and some chairs. On the substantial balcony there was a table and chairs and a very useful rack for drying towels and swimming costumes. Our balcony overlooked the well-tended garden but we also had a very nice view of the sea that we had not expected. The shower room was decent with a very good shower. The little kitchen was nicely equipped with a two-ring induction hob, a microwave oven and a fridge, and plenty of IKEA cutlery and crockery. We bought some provisions from a shop in Nikiti to make breakfasts but could easily have made bigger meals. A nice touch was that there was a lift to the first floor so we did not have to carry our suitcases up the stairs. There was also an upstairs room where in theory a third person could have slept but it was up a narrow spiral staircase which would have been difficult for a child or someone with mobility problems. Sheets and towels were changed every other day. We found that one of the electric sockets was loose and potentially dangerous, and the safe in the room was faulty. When we mentioned this the electric socket was repaired straight away but they could not sort out the safe. We were given an extra key to the room (a normal key in addition to the electonic card keys) and lowered the blinds to the balcony each time we went out. The only other negative feature was that the wi-fi signal was very weak. The receptionist, Zoi, was at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti on a temporary basis, standing in for a colleague who was away. She is normally based in Athens. She was extremely helpful and pleasant and really added to the quality of our stay. She spoke very good English, too. We would highly recommend the Royalty Suites for a stay in Nikiti.

Sakin, denize dibinde, temiz, merkeze yakın, mutfak içinde. Demleme çay ve Türk kahvesi tiryakileri çaydanlık ve cezve getirirse mutlu olurlar. Malum TR dışında en lüks tesislerde bile bulunmuyor. Kahvaltı kutu ile veriliyor balkonda kendiniz yapıyorsunuz. Çeşit arayanlara göre pek değil. Her gün oda temizleniyor.Önünde küçük kumsalı var. Ancak tesis şezlong veriyor ama şemsiye yok. Kendiniz getirmelisiniz . Tesis ile deniz arasında tali bir yol var. Geçen zerzevatçı anonsları bize benzerliklerini gösteriyor. Deniz genelde sakin. Yunanistan’da hiç bir yerde iskele yok. Girmek çıkmak uğraştırıyor.

Stanza potenzialmente ben arredata in posizione tranquilla, letto king size decisamente comodo dotato di topper, ma con lenzuola troppo piccole per le dimensioni del letto, quindi impossibile rincalzarle e tenerle tese! Servizi pessimi: pulizia stanza precaria (veniva solo svuotato il cestino dei rifiuti), letto rifatto solo una notte su quattro di permanenza, prodotti bagno non forniti anche se da prenotazione avrebbero dovuto essere omaggiati, due giorni su quattro sono mancati gli asciugamani, insonorizzazione insufficiente, TV senza canali satellitari anche se nella descrizione delle dotazioni della stanza viene indicato il contrario, mancanza di privacy con gli appartamenti confinanti. Ovviamente tutti i disservizi e relative mancanze sono state tempestivamente segnalate al gestore della struttura che si è scusata ammettendo che la persona che si occupava delle pulizie stava dando diversi problemi e per questo sarebbe stata sostituita a breve. Per le ragioni esposte non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare un soggiorno in questa struttura.
