Log cottage 2011, kitchen-living room, bedroom with a double bed, sauna (wood stove), bathroom, dressing room and sun terrace. Upstairs bedroom with a double bed and one bed, lounge area with a double bed and a balcony.
The villa is located on a hilloc on a peninsula, extent view of the lake. From the yard to the beach steep grassy slope, steps on the way. On the plot wood shed.
The area has good possibilities for walking / jogging. The owner rents out: outboard motor and a smoke sauna (heated by the owner). Water skiing possibility for separate payment, local fishing licenses included in the price, only state license required. Tennis court (a voluntary payment).
Charging an electric car without a permit is forbidden. Agree on an additional fee with the owner.
During winter owner maintaines ski trails (classic style), and during winter tenants can use a hut and a lean-to and there is a sledding hill for the children. Possible to rent a moveable tub, additional information from the owner.
Small game hunting opportunity to the owner's land by separate agreement.
Rapid fishing 5 km, Revontuli Golf and Ski Resort Häkärinteet 30 km, Suonenjoki 22 km, Rautalampi 17 km.
