El hotel más satisfactorio entre los tres hoteles que reservé durante mi viaje a Singapur. La piscina es hermosa y ofrece muchos juguetes de natación para recreación acuática. . Me gustaría especialmente el colchón del hotel. Definitivamente es una buena opción para quienes gustan de colchones más firmes. . Elegiré este restaurante la próxima vez que venga a Sentosa. ¡Magnífico y hermoso hotel en Sentosa! El aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien, porque las ventanas no se abren, al principio me asusté, ya que no puedo dormir bien sin aire fresco. Pero la ventilación funciona bien, por lo que no hubo problemas. Impresionantes vistas desde la ventana de la habitación, y especialmente desde la plataforma de observación de la piscina superior para ”adultos” en el séptimo piso. Toda la infraestructura y lugares interesantes de Sentosa están muy cerca. La piscina tipo laguna es compartida por 2 hoteles, por lo que siempre está llena y hay padres con niños. La piscina para adultos en el séptimo piso es bastante pequeña, pero si lo intentas, encontrarás momentos de privacidad. Por la noche podrá sent**** en los mullidos sofás disfrutando de la brisa del mar cerca del bar de la piscina. El desayuno fue una especie de decepción: me pareció un poco pobre y no correspondía en absoluto al nivel de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Además, el personal del desayuno no siempre fue cortés. El personal de la recepción del hotel me apoyó mucho, pero debido al fuerte acento, no siempre entendí lo que querían decir la primera o segunda vez. Sin embargo, después de estar en China, donde muy pocas personas hablan inglés, incluso en los hoteles, aquí es donde quej**** del pecado. La limpieza de las habitaciones es de gran calidad, todas las toallas e incluso la ropa de cama se cambian todos los días. El hotel no proporciona toallas de playa; Si los necesitas, puedes comprarlos en la tienda de la playa por $20 o traerlos contigo. Las toallas solo se proporcionan cerca de la piscina. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito cada media hora al centro comercial Vivo City más cercano, donde podrá encontrar muchas tiendas y restaurantes de cualquier tipo de cocina, así como un patio de comidas y una estación de metro. It was a short one night staycation with friends. We had intended to go to the Grill fest but were fettered by the incessant rain. Glad that we found the Japanese restaurant for a delicious dinner near The Mess and the rather pleasantly decorated Quentin with outdoor seating for desserts. The room was a nice size, although we would have appreciated another chair or sofa. The hotel is nicely located near the monorail, the Imbiah lookout and also Siloso and Tanjong beach. It is very convenient. It also offers yoga sessions every morning with towel, May and water thoughtfully provided. A nice stay overall.

Disappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

Easily accesible to Siloso Beach. Room was decent and clean with beach view. Bed was comfortable and slightly larger than usual queen size bed. Only downside was we had to wait for a queen bedroom for 30mins despite requesting 1month in advance when booking was made. Was offered double single bed or wait 30-45mins upon arrival to check in.

Este hotel es limpio y con excelentes instalaciones.. El personal fue amable y también útil... definitivamente volverá para más estadía... disfrutar de mi estancia de San Valentín con mi gf y con vistas fantásticas

El transporte es muy conveniente. Cuando salga, gire a la derecha y encontrará una parada de autobús. Gire a la izquierda y llegará a la ciudad de Vivo en 10 minutos. Puede tomar el MRT hacia Sentosa o caminar. La habitación es realmente demasiado pequeña. Afortunadamente, el servicio es bueno y muy paciente. Puedes subir a la montaña hasta la estación del teleférico Mount Faber y el parque Mount Faber. Hay tiendas de conveniencia en las dos gasolineras a la izquierda y a la derecha cuando sales. ¡Es muy conveniente comprar algo de comida y bebida en el último minuto!

Un entorno muy limpio y hermoso. Una parada de autobús a un mega centro comercial VIVO. A unos 5 minutos en autobús. Habitación y aseo limpios. +++Estacionamiento gratuito.

Era el cumpleaños de mi esposo y crearon un paquete muy lindo con una nota escrita a mano. Lo amo tanto. Muy pensativo. Su personal también es muy agradable, tenían libros en exhibición y les pregunté si podía prestárselos para leérselo a mi hija, y lo permitieron de buena gana. ¡Gracias! ¡Me encantaría volver y quedarme otra vez!
