La habitación es muy pequeña, la habitación doble en la que nos alojamos probablemente tenga solo unos 10 metros cuadrados. Las dos camas son muy estrechas y de estilo tatami. Pero la higiene de la habitación es bastante buena, con instalaciones básicas como duchas y baños. No hay televisión y el Internet inalámbrico es lento. Hay purificadores de agua públicos en cada piso para obtener agua gratis. La habitación no se limpia todos los días. Cuando hagamos el check-in durante 3 días, le informaremos que la habitación se limpiará al día siguiente. Pero si necesitas cambiar toallas, etc., puedes ir a la recepción a cambiarlas tú mismo. El hotel dispone de una sala de lavandería, que cuesta 6 SGD por lavar y 6 SGD por secar. Hay una cocina pública en el cuarto piso del hotel donde podrá cocinar sus propias comidas. A 50 metros se encuentra la entrada del metro. El hotel está ubicado en la zona india, pero también está muy limpio y ordenado. Más de 800 por noche es un poco caro.

Celebrated my birthday and our Wedding Anni there, the service was good at the front desk, it was nice that they wished me happy bday upon finding out this was a bday celebration. Check in was fast and simple. Love, love love the interior of the hotel room, one of my favorite, love the layout of the toilet, the way the shower and the bathtub is placed, this is probably the only hotel we stayed at where when we shower the basin area is still kept dry. To us this is very impressive and honestly a very nice touch. It is always good to not walk into a toilet with a wet floor esp when its air-conditioned, its cold and if you are wearing bedroom slippers it is actually very slippery. The view from the room is really beautiful, the bed was super comfy, everything looked very well maintained. The room is also not too dim or bright which is super comfortable. Overall a really beautiful room . Now to the not so good part 1) So according to my partner she say that the hotel is supposed to bring a cake(for my bday) up upon check in but it was never delivered. When we celebrated my partner at Fullerton, they brought the cake when we checked in and they also prepared balloons, card and bear for my partner (Complimentary) and no I didn't call them to deliver the cake, they delivered it shortly after we checked in. 2) The way the fridge works is horrible, since we didn't get the cake we bought a cake for my bday and then we realised we can't move the bottles inside the fridge as it was programmed to charged if it was removed, so basically we only had a very small area to put anything which also means my cake sits out in the room for 2 days. This also make it difficult for us to buy anything back to keep to snack on. The fridge was also not very cold. 3) We left for breakfast at Prego and we pressed the button to request for housekeeping, we left the room at 9.45am, we came back at 2pm, we were shock to find out that the room was not cleaned even after 4hours. 4) There was also drain files in the toilet, during the stay I've killed like 4-5 flies. There is also no bidet spray which would have been nice. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel, would we come back again? hmmm maybe because I really love the room design but the fridge factor and the housekeeping is something that will makes me think twice before booking a room here again.

La ubicación es buena para que no falte comida. Cerca de cafeterías, centros de venta ambulante y centro comercial (bugis). Tienen muchas selecciones y variedades de comida local. Las comodidades no son tan fantásticas. Mínimo y no hay zapatillas internas. Solo tenga toallas para el cuerpo. El área de la ducha es muy pequeña, suficiente para alojar a un adulto de 70 kg CÓMODAMENTE. El control del aire acondicionado es del tipo antiguo, no digital. 4 almohadas y bastante cómodas, además el colchón es bastante firme. El único punto negativo es que la mesa auxiliar está bastante lejos de la cama por un lado. El mini sofá no es para tumbarse. Forma incómoda (ver foto con bolsa). Aunque muchos canales de televisión, programas muy antiguos como Harrison Ford en Indiana Jones and the Net de Sandra Bullock. tiene canales en chino y locales Los bloques HDB están muy cerca, por lo que es necesario correr las cortinas para tener más privacidad. No hay calentador de agua ya que el agua caliente proviene del tanque de la azotea. Tengo que esperar a que llegue el agua caliente después de encender como 5 minutos. El personal de recepción fue muy educado y alegre cuando nos registramos. El nombre del personal es Xiao Xuan y nos dio tarjetas de habitación adicionales cuando las solicitamos. No pasó demasiado tiempo en el mostrador ya que ella era eficiente. ¡Gran servicio!

Agradable estancia de 10 días, en vista de un establecimiento perfecto. Piscina, terraza, gimnasio, sala de relajación con cafetera disponible, ¡no falta de nada! La habitación es muy funcional y bien equipada. El personal es muy acogedor, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
