My very first time booking this hotel for birthday treat. They upgraded my room and it’s really huge! Having cake tower deco with chocolate, King bed size, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine, utensils, water dispenser and coffee capsule maker. Must book once in a life time laahh!

Ubicación óptima, todo está a poca distancia: parada de autobús en la entrada del hotel, metro, Chinatown, terraplén, a 5 minutos a pie. Limpio, tranquilo, té, café, bebidas en la habitación (gratis). Personal muy educado y servicial. La relación calidad/precio es bastante consistente. Los fondos se bloquean en la tarjeta antes de la llegada y del pago completo en el hotel.

En general, fue una buena estancia.
El hotel está situado en Chinatown, y puede regresar a su hotel.

El hotel me dejó quedarme en una habitación sin ventanas.

No obstante, podría cambiar mi habitación con ventanas después de hablar de ello al hotel.
El otro es que no tienen un servicio de lavandería.
En trip.com, dicen que este hotel tiene un servicio de lavandería, y eso es una de las razones por las que he reservado este hotel.
Sin embargo, los empleados del hotel me dijeron que no lo tenían, en cambio me dijeron que usara el lavadero de monedas en la calle.
Por eso, me puse a lavar mis ropas en el baño después de volver de mi viaje el día.
Lo que me di cuenta fue que es bueno que sólo busques dormir.
Además, no se puede esperar demasiado.

1、關於服務：一開始以為是民宿那種，實際上每天都有打掃房間。前台接待也非常友好，沒有按金，辦理入住和退房速度很快。
2、關於房間：我們4個人，原本要訂兩房間，又怕兩個房間相距太遠，連通房、家庭房價錢偏高且房間太小，這個兩居室就完美解決了這個問題，94平米兩室一廳兩衞一廚房，主卧是1米8雙人床，超級大衣櫃，化粧台，兩扇落地窗，帶大衞生間（洗手池、馬桶、浴缸、獨立淋浴房），次卧是兩張單人床+衣櫃。過道是儲物櫃和第二個衞生間（洗手池、馬桶、獨立淋浴房）。客廳很大，有沙發、電視，還有4人位餐桌，兩扇落地窗，以及一個可以出去的陽台，廚房可以做飯，家電齊全，還有一個專門晾衣服的地方。我媽嫌棄我爸打呼嚕，晚上我們把床墊子放客廳，就變成了三間卧室，早上再復原回去，不給人家添麻煩。
3、關於舒適度：我這間房雖然在電梯旁邊，但是一點都聽不到噪音，倆卧室都臨街道，街道也很安靜。床的軟硬度和枕頭的高矮非常舒適。最讚的是中央空調的設計，完全感受不到風，也聽不到一點空調的聲音，但是房間非常涼爽，不像有些酒店，空調不是吹腳就是吹頭，甚至還有吹整個床的。房間乾淨，沒有蟲子蚊子蟑螂。酒店有泳池，整體環境不錯。
4、關於位置：周邊有711、路邊小吃，克拉碼頭的小燕子番茄火鍋非常推薦，去其他景點也都很近，但我們有兩個長者一個小孩都不太能走，全部Grab打車，附近車子很多，速度很快，每天打車的費用兩三百人民幣，比包車遊便宜，中午還可以回酒店小憩一下。

Muchas sorpresas, la actitud del servicio es súper buena, no entiendo por qué la puntuación es de solo 4,2 puntos. Tan pronto como me bajé del taxi, un miembro del personal vino a preguntar si era un invitado. La respuesta fue sí, algunos miembros del personal vinieron a ayudar a llevar el equipaje. El equipo de la sala no tiene claro cómo usarlo, y un miembro del personal vino a ocuparse de él de inmediato. La limpieza de la habitación es super limpia, no es exagerado calificarla de impecable. La sensación de vivir en un apartamento es diferente a la de un hotel. Hay una lavadora, puedes lavar la ropa, hay una cocina de inducción, puedes cocinar tu propia comida, y hay un refrigerador, todo está ahí, la habitación es grande y está completamente equipada, es realmente como en casa. Ir de compras es conveniente. Las imágenes en Internet no son tan buenas como las habitaciones reales. Se recomienda que haga su tarea con las imágenes. En resumen, si vivo en Meimei, elegiré su apartamento la próxima vez que vaya cuesta arriba. So good! I come here before the place in the past were a bit old for the furniture but cleanliness wise is great, today i come back, it become excellent! The service not to mention fantastic. Staff is kind enough to serve you from door to lift and even care about which room you staying to serve you the best. I really like here so much. I really really have to praise THE SUPER CLEAN BEDSHEET AND ORDOURLESS PILLOW WHICH I AM SUPER IMPRESSED. THOUGH THE ROOM AND HOTEL IS QUITE AGED FROM MY VIEW OF POINT HOWEVER THEY MAINTAIN A SUPER CLEAN BED AND QUILT COVER, MATTRESS FROM MY EXPERIENCE. THIS HOTEL IS CLEAN, VINTAGE VIBE DESIGN, VERY TRADITIONAL VIBE VINTAGE HOTEL BUT CLASSY AND SUPER CLEAN. REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE ALOT, THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. VERY THOUGHTFUL FOE THE GUEST.

El check in fue bastante rápido. La habitación es bonita y limpia. Bastante acogedor también. Un punto negativo es que el agua del inodoro es bastante pequeña a pesar de que la has abierto al máximo. ¡Desayuno gratis incluido! Pero las variedades de desayuno pueden ser más, como patatas fritas, huevos revueltos (en lugar de solo tortilla), frijoles horneados y muchos más. La ubicación del hotel estaba bastante bien ya que hay mucha comida cerca. Fuimos al que estaba enfrente del hotel para comer algo de comida china (brochetas, etc.) y la comida era buena. Puedo considerar quedarme aquí de nuevo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Orchard Road, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant city. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the modern and elegant lobby, which set the tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist.
My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a well-equipped work area, and a luxurious bathroom with high-quality amenities. The view from my window was a delightful bonus, overlooking the lush gardens.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a wide array of international cuisines. I also enjoyed dinner at the specialty restaurant, where the food was both innovative and delicious.
The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The spa services were a perfect way to rejuvenate after a day of exploring.

No está mal. La ubicación es excelente. Está a poco más de 600 metros de la estación de MRT de Aljunied. Por el mismo precio, me quedaría en. Ibis. Si ronda los 400, aún es mejor. La ropa de cama de la habitación es un poco vieja. Lo mejor es traer sábanas, fundas de almohada y edredones cuando se aloje en un hotel en el extranjero.

SSarahsosoIt’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

SSuet NiHave a very bad experience at the hotel Front desk when check in . Front desk staff request physical IC to be show for Singaporean who want to check in . Which I don’t bring IC out as now Singpass is very convenient for us in local . They don’t allow me to just showing them Singpass IC . Which cause a lot of delay for my staycation . Very bad front desk service . The room is big and clean and breakfast is good.

MMui HuangWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está justo al lado de la playa. Mi hijo se divirtió mucho jugando en la arena. Todo el personal es muy amable, sin embargo, esperamos bastante tiempo para registrarnos. El autobús lanzadera gratuito que sale de la villa es enorme, así que no hay que preocuparse por los asientos. En cuanto a la comida, personalmente creo que no hay mucha variedad dentro de la villa y todo es bastante caro, como era de esperar. En general, mi hijo se divirtió mucho.

Fue nuestra estadía de cuenta regresiva para el 2025 y nuestro aniversario. Park Rochester nos sorprendió con tarjetas escritas a mano y un balde de bocadillos y bebidas para que disfrutáramos durante nuestra estadía en el apartamento.
Podemos cocinar y calentar nuestra comida en el microondas en el apartamento 👍🏼😊

UUsuario anónimoDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

UUsuario anónimoEl transporte es muy conveniente. Cuando salga, gire a la derecha y encontrará una parada de autobús. Gire a la izquierda y llegará a la ciudad de Vivo en 10 minutos. Puede tomar el MRT hacia Sentosa o caminar. La habitación es realmente demasiado pequeña. Afortunadamente, el servicio es bueno y muy paciente. Puedes subir a la montaña hasta la estación del teleférico Mount Faber y el parque Mount Faber. Hay tiendas de conveniencia en las dos gasolineras a la izquierda y a la derecha cuando sales. ¡Es muy conveniente comprar algo de comida y bebida en el último minuto!

JJ*y A****nLa primera habitación que nos dieron estaba demasiado lejos del ascensor. Así que simplemente solicitamos que nos transfirieran a una habitación más cercana al ascensor y la recepcionista estuvo de acuerdo. Aunque sólo nos dejaron una habitación con 2 camas individuales, acordamos de todos modos. La segunda habitación que nos dieron es mejor en términos de iluminación y la vista es mucho mejor ya que tiene vistas a Istana. el primero tiene vistas a un edificio.
Sin embargo, la piscina estuvo en mantenimiento durante nuestra estancia, por lo que estamos un poco decepcionados porque pensamos que podríamos tener tiempo en la piscina, ya que es una de las razones por las que reservamos el hotel.
El desayuno era bueno, no nos decepcionó. De hecho, me gustan sus opciones de desayuno.
La ubicación también es buena porque está a solo una cuadra de Orchard Road. Tienes muchas opciones donde comer ya que Orchard Central está cerca y si te gusta ir de bar en bar, puedes ir a Emerald Hill Rd.
En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Todavía lo recomendaré. Podría haber dado una puntuación perfecta si no fuera por el grupo en mantenimiento.
