Reservé un King, Marina Bay View para mi estancia de cumpleaños y solicité un piso superior. Pero durante el check-in, me dijeron que el hotel había sobrereservado la habitación del Rey y si me gustaría tomar una habitación con dos camas individuales junto con un crédito de 100 dólares para comer como forma de compensación. Decidimos aceptar la oferta pero cuando subimos a la habitación, estoy un poco decepcionado con la vista ya que nos encontramos en el nivel 11 y una vez abri la puerta podía ver inmediatamente el lugar de construcción directamente delante de mí antes de la vista de la Bahía Marina. Eso fue realmente un dolor de ojo. Como era un estancia de cumpleaños para mí, había decidido ver si puedo pagar por una mejora. Al final, he conseguido pagar por una mejora a la Suite Millenia (la única suite dejada). El personal me había dado un descuento de $300 y me había permitido mantener el recibo de $100. The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

El hotel era fantástico y muy complaciente. Nuestros vuelos aterrizaron en Singapur a medianoche y fuimos al hotel, el agente de viajes arruinó la reserva y no teníamos una reserva para registrarnos. El gerente de servicio era una estrella de rock y logró que nos registraran después unas horas y consíguenos una habitación. También se disculpó en nombre del agente de viajes cuando no era necesario. El desayuno era muy bueno, con opciones de cocina india de desayuno. El hotel está situado a poca distancia a pie del Centro Mustafa y de otros centros también.

Me alojé aquí muchas veces y esta es la primera vez que la habitación incluye algunas papas fritas, nueces y bebidas. Disfruté de la estancia y la habitación era decente. Solo que el inodoro es demasiado pequeño. Por lo demás todo bien!

En general, tuvimos una buena estadía como siempre, la habitación estaba un poco anticuada pero estaba muy limpia, al menos para la habitación que ocupamos. Me gustaría destacar que la empleada de limpieza del nivel 6 fue muy detallista y servicial. Lamentablemente, no pude obtener su nombre (hablaba bien chino y sonaba como si fuera de Vietnam), pero las cosas definitivamente funcionaron mejor cuando ella estaba cerca. Agradezco al personal de limpieza del nivel 4 por pasarnos un juego de toallas limpias. Agradezco mucho sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera relajante. El personal de recepción / check in también fue muy servicial y amable. Solo una pequeña queja. Los gerentes de desayuno súper alegres y agradables de siempre parecen haberse ido. Recordé que eran mejores en términos de manejo de multitudes, mesas y disposición. Ahora hay más de 5 empleados durante las horas de desayuno algunos días, pero las mesas aún están casi sin limpiar. Además, había una señora china con cabello largo que aparentemente tenía un extraño conjunto de modales hacia los huéspedes locales, lo que me dejó una mala impresión. Afortunadamente, solo la vimos en 2 de los 7 días que estuvimos allí. El desayuno es decente, aunque los croissants estaban duros como piedras durante 3 de los 7 días, pero en general, ¡la recomendaría para una estadía!

My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Es nuestra primera experiencia en este hotel. Se abrió y se renovó. Tenía una estancia agradable aunque se nos envía tarde después del trabajo. Se dio una sala de upgrades gratuita con balcón. Está frente al Monte Faber Hill. Area tranquila y privada para una relajación. Toallas han sido bididas y eso me excita. La recepción estaba dando un gran servicio y un buen check-in. 2 paradas de Habourfront y Vivo City. La ubicación es tan fácil como el acceso al autobús y MRT. El hotel está bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy limpio, tiene una ducha grande (muy buena!!!) y se limpia todos los días. ¡Me gustaba que en la cama había dos diferentes cucharas, una suave y una firme! ¡Porque sólo me gustan las suaves, es genial para mí! La comida es muy agradable y útil. Reservar taxis en la noche para nosotros o dar buenas consejos como tuvimos algunos problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (no era culpa del hotel, era el banco!) y lo mejor : la cosa siempre sonríe! ¡No olvidemos la bonita máquina de zumo de naranja (dos!). tener un zumo de naranja fresco después del día de trabajo caliente fue genial! No me tomé ninguna foto del hotel, pero lo hice de la máquina de jugo :) El desayuno era agradable y siempre hay algo para todos. Me encanta la comida asiática, así que me disfruté de los caya y los frutos frescos. El café también es agradable y me encanta el té masala! En la esquina del hotel se puede comer famoso Katong laksa! el mejor en la ciudad en mi opinión honesta! También cinco estrellas de pollo es un buen lugar para comer, ya que sirven un buen arroz de pollo hainanes. Si sales de la calle de cinco estrellas de pollo, encontrarás Mel ́s Place, un hermoso jardín de cerveza con gente local. Cuando viaja, me gusta conectar con la gente local y obtener más consejos agradables para ir, así que mis consejos aquí están lejos de las zonas turísticas y eventos.
