Vietimme hotellissa kolme yötä tammikuussa 2025. Sijainti oli erinomainen: kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. The Raffles hotelli on aivan vieressä jos haluaa mennä maistamaan autenttista Singapore slingiä. Huoneisto oli hieman pieni, mutta tila oli käytetty erinomaisesti hyödyksi. Wifi toimi hyvin. Huone oli siisti. Asiakaspalvelu toimi erinomaisesti Whatsappin kautta. Vastaukset kysymyksiin tulivat nopeasti ja tiedotteita oleellisista asioista. Tästä erityiskiitokset Divinalle, Shannenille, Maelle ja Ryanille!

Excellent stay, end to end a good experience. Full digital check in and was good overall. Decent sized room for the price paid. Value !

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection at Seah. The location is perfect. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Davina who is really helpful. I love the place which has a very high ceiling and is spotlessly clean. Although the building is a heritage shophouse, they have a lift inside! The unit is nicely decorated and has all the things I need. I definitely will return next time when I come to Singapore.

Stayed for 4D3N here with a family member, amazing service by Shannen, Mae, Divina and Ryan 🫶🏻🩷✨️ The location was slightly confusing since it's very close to a restaurant, but Shannen came to assist us for temporary storage as we wait for check-in time. Everyone promptly gave us assistance when needed and prepared detailed instructions on getting the digital key for our stay. Definitely recommended for young travelers, not really suitable for family + kids.

Great location to stay, near city hall mrt station.
Most of tourist lacation just walking distance from here. There is a few cafes nearby.
Check in process was smooth, they really help us a lot. Spacious room, clean and complete with what u need for your stay.
Andrew, Shahnen and Ryan are very helpful, and always fast response to reply.
Definately will stay here again!

As a solo traveller, i came back to Hericoll on Seah since i was really satisfied with my last time’s stay. This time too! The place is neat and clean. The location is good, btw bugis and city hall station. Can even walk over from clarke quay at night. The staff is very nice. I’m happy having Stellar and Divina helping out on most things. Very high standard of service as usual!

1 fantastic location, middle of chjimes, raffles city, suntec city, bugis, marina sq.
2 esplanade mrt and city hall mrt within walking distance.
3 checkin is easy and sustainability is right on point. this establishment is working towards the right path for sustainability
4 room is small but good enough for a 3d stay. appletv, airplay available. not sure for android.
5 special thanks to Stella for being ultra friendly and helpful with our luggage and queries.
6 plus point, next door have a great taco restaurant and its pretty good
7 here for the Poptoyshow!

We had such a lovely time staying at Heritage Collection on Seah! 💛 The location is super convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and cozy.
What made our stay extra special was the amazing team — thank you Mae, Divina, and Stella for being so sweet and helpful! 🥰 You always replied so quickly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
The room was cute, clean, and perfect for our short trip. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Singapore. Sending hugs to the team! 🌟

Cleanliness - 5/5 - Everything was in good condition and clean.
Location - 5/5 - Perfect central location.
Service - 4/5 - Contactless check in was a little troublesome. I had to verify my photo a few times. However, staff was also reachable for help.
Amenities - 4/5 - Basic amenities provided, and room has a fridge which is nice, but no extras like toothbrushes and toothpaste
