First floor walks out to your private sandy beach area (50 feet). Far from highways and noise, you'll enjoy being in a protected cove with clean shallow water and a sandy bottom; great for swimming, water games and children! Sit and enjoy the peaceful waterfront views with several lounger and adirondack chairs which are perfect for roasting marshmallows around a beach bonfire! This lake house is close to golf courses, canoeing, fishing, hiking, boating and downtown AuGres. Much more entertainment can be found in a short 15-20 minutes drive to East Tawas City.
