The hotel is really great! Our room was very very clean with a nice view and a river alongside. The sauna and lounge on the rooftop make the hotel very comfortable. Most importantly,the staff is very gentle,helpful and really made our trip memorable. In the hotel,there is amazing restaurant that provides amazing food! We will surely return in the hotel. Sils where the hotel is situated is nice village,much much better than st.moritz.

We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. Great standard, very clean, super food, welcoming atmosphere. Where the Engadin Valley is at its most open snd beautiful. First time for us, pleasant surprise. Should also mention that those in our party that used the spa had it all by themselves - they complimented the cleanlines.

Never again. Only 4-5 parking place for hotel and restaurant clients. Too hot you need to have windows open during sleeping. Limited sleep& ski package. Very small sauna . No ski room. Unfriendly and arrogant reception staff.

We stay for 4 nights from 17 sept to 20 sept. Everyone at the reception were very nice n helpful. Gave us alot of info about hikes and the area. The rooms are big and beautiful beds so comfortable and a massive bathroom. Sils maria is a beautiful place n the hotel is near vlog supermarket and posta station. Breakfast is buffett and loads to eat. The engardin card is included and allow us to go on the gondolas n cable cars free plus trains and buses. We had a great tine and hopefully will be back some day. Regds Ysh

Hotel is easily accessible by bus, clean, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant served good food and the overall look of the hotel (deer themed) was nice. Nice hotel room with an average size. We even had a balcony but it was shared with the rooms on the right and left. Pity the balcony didn’t have any kind of privacy shield between the rooms for more privacy. No fridge in the room but a small safe. The only other thing which would need to be mentioned is the dark lighting in the room. It’s rather dark and reading a book is not really a pleasure.

Horrible expérience. Chambres bruyantes. Réveillés plusieurs fois en pleine nuit. Aucune compensation ou geste commercial de la part du directeur M. Francesco Stillitano. Il ne devrait pas faire ce métier… Fuyez ce hôtel si vous souhaitez passer une nuit de sommeil confortable.

das hotel liegt zentral aber bei offenem fenster etwas laut. beim frühstück rattert die putzfrau mit ihrem putzkarren an der eingangshalle rum und putzt fleissig den boden schön nass, damit man dann hinfällt. wir haben die unfreundliche rezeptionistin darauf hingewiesen aber die antwortete nur frech in schlechtem deutsch“na und“. ansonsten 12.— für tiefgaragenplatz 3 minuten zu fuss entfernt etwas happig. frühstück ok

schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, teilweise mit Balkon ( keine abtrennung der Balkone. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Tresor, gratis Wasser, und kleine Schokolade im Zimmer. Im Hotel in der obersten Etage schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Ofen uns super Aussicht !!! 👍 Das Frühstücksbuffett hatte eine schöne Auswahl. Es gibt eine Pizzeria im Hotel, super feines Essen 👍 Viele frische und hochwertige Produkte. Nette Bedienung und Personal im Hotel und Restaurant. Skiraum/Fahrradraum, Parkplätze am Hotel oder Tiefgarage 3 min. vom Hotel . Beides für je 24 Std. 12 .- Wir kommen wieder.

Ho avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare in questo albergo la notte di capodanno, alle ore 9 del mattino ho iniziato a sentire dei rumori forti, dopo esserm i lamentata per ben 3 volte al telefono hanno continuato, scesa in reception e lamentatomi del rumore mi hanno spuegato che dalla cucina battevano la carme ed è il loro lavoro non solo facendo anche gli scocciari e non scusandosi maleducatamente e il tutto per un costo di 600 euro
