Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in January 2026 and changed two rooms — one with a sea view and one with a garden view. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, with fresh furniture and recent renovations. We really loved them. Huge windows and curtains controlled by a remote — it’s absolutely wonderful to open the curtains in the morning with a remote while lying in bed. Sunrise, the sea — incredibly beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. They literally anticipate your wishes and help with everything — from carrying suitcases to the room to inflating a large rubber mattress for the children. The restaurant is very good, with a varied menu and tasty food. Breakfast has everything: different types of eggs, pancakes, fritters, waffles, delicious juices. Essentially, all our wishes were satisfied by the restaurant. The highlight is the Surf Club — an artificial wave and the opportunity to surf, with one free hour daily for guests. My older child practically lived there and learned to stand on the board. I would also like to especially note the cleanliness of the beach. It is constantly maintained: the sand is not just leveled with rakes but actually sifted with special equipment. You won’t find a single stick, large shell, cigarette butt, or anything like that. The sand is perfectly clean, the sun loungers are good, the mattresses are clean. It’s simply a paradise. This place is wonderful not just because of its location, but because the staff make maximum effort to create comfort, cleanliness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

Wow! This is it. Luxury at an affordable price. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and included wide variation including western foods for the kids. Very clean, very friendly staff. A diamond in the rough. Highly recommend.

¡Un lugar fantástico para alojarse en la isla! Informa al personal del hotel sobre tu hora de llegada y te recibirán en el muelle de Saracen con su barco, te ayudarán con tu equipaje y te llevarán directamente al hotel. Adjunto una foto de un muelle y un barco de este hotel; por cierto, te enviarán de vuelta al muelle cuando salgas de la isla. El personal es extremadamente servicial y amable, ¡son muy agradables! Nos alojamos en la clase económica B33. La habitación (en realidad, una casa pequeña) es acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario: toallas, kits dentales, gel de ducha y champú, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, perchas, armario, muchos cajones. Hay toallas de playa si las necesitas; puedes pedirlas en la recepción por la mañana. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el agua del baño se evaporaba bastante bien, sin embargo, algunas personas dijeron lo contrario en sus comentarios. Había estado muy tranquilo incluso cuando había ruido en el restaurante. El restaurante es genial, hemos probado muchos platos, todos estaban deliciosos, las porciones eran lo suficientemente grandes. Tienen postres y sus pana cotta y brownies son increíbles. La hora feliz es genial, puedes disfrutar de las bebidas frías de 4 a 8 pm. Solo una cosa fue decepcionante, la falta de una puesta de sol, está en la otra orilla de la isla, puedes verla en la playa tranquila, no está tan lejos como la playa del atardecer. También puedes caminar hasta el resort Laguna en esta orilla, si no quieres atravesar la jungla, la puesta de sol también es muy hermosa allí. ¡Muchas gracias por todos sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran especiales! Si volvemos a la isla, ¡sin duda volveremos a reservar una habitación allí!

El hotel está cerca del muelle, así que no hace falta ir a ningún sitio. Dispone de diferentes tipos de habitaciones; nos alojamos en una villa con vistas al mar, que tenía unas vistas preciosas. Sin embargo, no me gustó el interior ni el baño. El baño tiene una ventana en el techo que no está cubierta y las lagartijas y los insectos pueden entrar sin dificultad. Al terminar de ducharse, el agua se queda en el suelo un buen rato. El hotel dispone de tumbonas y es agradable poder descansar frente a la villa; eso es lo que más me gustó. El desayuno es limitado en cuanto a opciones: huevos, arroz, verduras, fideos, tostadas y fruta; todos los días es lo mismo, bastante aburrido. No hay casi nada alrededor del hotel, incluso si quieres comprar agua después de las 23:00, no puedes. El hotel más cercano está cerrado, al igual que la recepción. La tienda más cercana está a 20 minutos a pie de la playa.

The location by the beach was stunning. The hotel was very responsive to my communication before arrival to help with transport to the hotel which happens to be fun tractor driven trailers across the beach. The front desk at arrival was welcoming and helpful including a welcome drink. The hotel is quite a large space so there are buggies and bikes to get around. The room was fine, I wish there was an extra mat in from outside as there was a lot of sand trailed in. We had an executive room with a plunge pool which we made use of. The hotel claimed hot water but we never had any in our room. It is not the hottest time of year so a hot shower would have been great. Breakfast was a small selection of bread, eggs, noodles and some western breakfast items like sausage and beans. It was fine but not amazing, the views of the ocean during breakfast was a plus. When we wanted to lounge by the pool or the ocean we found that all the sun beds were occupied so we had to lay on the sand. Overall the hotel has a lot going for it just a few things that would have taken it from good to great.

Pro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia. También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante. También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla. No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.

Reservé una habitación comunicada para dos noches. La habitación es un poco diferente a como se ve en la foto, pero está bien. El refrigerador no funciona y hay cucarachas pequeñas. Dejé la nota para que limpiaran la habitación, pero nadie vino, lo cual es un poco decepcionante. El desayuno también está bien y la ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa, a la que se puede llegar caminando por un pequeño sendero desde el hotel. El personal es amable y hay un amplio estacionamiento.

En general, contento con la experiencia. El resort está ubicado en la mejor playa de Koh Rong (es espectacular). El restaurante donde se hace el desayuno (normal, pero aceptable) también ofrece comidas y cenas con un menú bastante variado. No hay nada alrededor. Si se quiere ir a la zona de ********, hace falta moto o tuktuk. Las habitaciones son cómodas y disponen de todo lo necesario. Se fue la luz un par de veces, pero pronto lo arreglaron.
