La ubicación k View es genial ! Pero muy ruidoso en la noche ... ruido de los clubes frente a la playa. Windows no son prueba de sonido . Imposible dormir hasta 3-4am !!! Pague más dinero para el cuarto con grandes vistas pero sufre de ruido y noches sin sueño !

Alojamiento limpio y ordenado y playa que parece que se terminaron ayer. La combinación de la playa blanca y el mar azul era una obra de arte. Gracias a la amabilidad del personal que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa. Tuve una estancia cómoda y cálida. Sin embargo, debido a la naturaleza de la isla, no hay muchas cosas para disfrutar en los alrededores. Espero que la carretera que conduce al complejo se pueda mejorar rápidamente. Y supongo que es por la iluminación, justo enfrente del alojamiento. Sería mejor si pudieras hacer una barbacoa. Es un lugar que me gustaría volver a visitar la próxima vez y lo recomendaría a los alrededores ^^

Increíble ubicación en la playa, con playa a un lado y piscina al otro. Dependiendo de la hora del día entre la que rotamos. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. Habitación con aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Estaba justo al lado del muelle, era de fácil acceso y el océano estaba inmaculado y de un azul celeste. Tienen toallas, tablas de remo, botes de remos o snorkel que puedes pedir prestado (aunque no es un gran snorkel). Decidimos no incluir el desayuno porque costaba $ 12 americanos y pensamos que era bastante caro para un desayuno buffet normal, pero muchos invitados lo disfrutaron. Justo arriba del muelle hay muchos restaurantes locales, experimentamos con ellos y realmente disfrutamos la comida, los batidos y los cocos. También hay una pequeña tienda al lado del hotel que vende bebidas y café (¡pide con leche y hielo!), así que compramos nuestras bebidas allí en lugar del hotel. Mi único comentario fue que no me gustó que no me proporcionaran más agua, solo 2 botellas pequeñas al día. Creo que deberían tener un jarro más grande que podamos llenar para ser más sostenibles. En general, me encantó este lugar y definitivamente regresaría.

Amazing location in the Long Beach. The water is perfect, the staff is very welcoming and pays a lot of attention to you, the villas and facilities are amazing, the food is delicious... We had a stay better than a dream, definitely perfect place.

A 40 segundos de la playa, más una piscina calentada fuera de su habitación, un hostal amable, cerveza fría y comida agradable. Y barata, he mencionado CHEAP. FANTASÍA.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und die Bungalows mit gemütlicher Terrasse befinden sich in einem sehr schön angelegten weitläufigem sehr gepflegten Park. Für die weiten Wege kann man sich über App einen Caddy zum Restaurant, Pool oder Rezeption kostenlos bestellen. Der Zubringer von der Fähre zum Hotel kann ebenfalls kostenlos geordert werden - erfolgt über den Strand. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Frühstück war inklusive und das Buffet sehr stilvoll zurechtgemacht, sehr große Auswahl, asiatisch, europäisch und sogar mit Gebäck, S*****en und Käse. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr teuer, aber es gibt fussläufig am Strand viele Restaurants und auch Shops. Pool und Strand immer sehr sauber und gepflegt.

We were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem.So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️
