Совершенная жемчужина. Новый, идеально чистый отель. Очень красивые номера, как в 5 звездах. Завтрак принесли в номер. Девочки на ресепшен красотки, всегда готовы помочь. Например, в качестве комплимента переселили в номер с си-вью. На 24 этаже шикарный бассейн у которого никого. Номер берите с видом на море, он божественный. Минус один - отель отдалении от центра и на холме. Вниз до набережной пешком 16 минут, вверх лучше на такси

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was.
The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year.
Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

Location not very good if reception could speak English would of been better informed is beach was10 kilometres away mall was 8 kilometres breakfast was ok ordered of menu brilliant staff beside pool especially Klim hon was brilliant his English perfect one pillow given per double bed not worth the money could find something better for this amount smelt strongly of sewerage next to sewerage plant after breakfast went for a walk mall was only 850 metres about 5 minutes walk and beach was only about 14 minutes walk was very annoying as we would of gone to these the night before

Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

I did not have a good sleep due to the constant noise coming out of the air conditioner and from outside of the room. I know that the hotel is quite busy but the staffs were not very helpful and friendly.

Fantástico
VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

MM-B4il3yEl complejo You&Me era hermoso, absolutamente impresionante. La ubicación frente al mar y la piscina con vistas al mar era de 5*. El servicio fue excelente durante toda nuestra estancia y nos encantó que el hotel ofreciera un happy hour a sus huéspedes. La comida a pedido también fue buena, aunque diría que las porciones eran un poco más pequeñas por el precio que pagas. Organizaron un servicio de taxi a la playa de Koh Touch por $ 10 por persona (solo ida), lo cual es bastante caro, pero dada la lejanía y la falta de carreteras y vehículos motorizados, es comprensible. Advertencia: ¡el camino para llegar al hotel está lleno de baches!
Se proporcionaron botellas de agua, toallas limpias y limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, lo cual nos pareció genial. El desayuno buffet también está incluido de serie en el bungalow.
Yo diría que esto sería 5/5 estrellas, pero solo faltaron un par de cosas durante nuestra estadía que lo derriban ligeramente.
Pensamos que el Garden Bungalow que reservamos vendría con una nevera, como decía en línea cuando hicimos la reserva y en el folleto de la habitación, sin embargo, cuando llegamos allí, no había ninguna en la habitación. Además, no teníamos acceso a WiFi en nuestra habitación y teníamos poco servicio, lo que significaba que solo podíamos usar nuestro teléfono para acceder a Internet más cerca o en la recepción. Sorprendentemente, el WiFi era más fuerte junto a la piscina y en la playa. Quizás porque éramos el bungalow más alejado, no estoy seguro. :)
De todos modos, fue una estancia excelente y le recomiendo encarecidamente que reserve aquí cuando visite Koh Rong.

UUsuario anónimoSe tarda aproximadamente media hora en llegar al hotel en lancha rápida desde Sihanoukville. El hotel está a unos 100 metros del muelle, que es muy cercano y conveniente. Las habitaciones del hotel están limpias y ordenadas, y se limpian todos los días. La playa de arena blanca fuera del hotel es muy hermosa y la playa a lo largo de la línea también es relativamente larga. El hotel tiene una piscina y un gimnasio. El equipamiento del gimnasio es relativamente completo y también hay una mesa de ping-pong. Hay un restaurante llamado ”Restaurante de la Gran Muralla China” en el muelle. Sin mencionar que sabe terrible. Cuesta 40 dólares estadounidenses por 2 platos vegetarianos + 2 tazones de arroz + 2 latas de Sprite. No está tan mal. La comida en el hotel es mejor que el del Restaurante Gran Muralla China, mucho más barato.

Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk.
Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here!

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldWe were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem.So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️

No coincide con la imagen, pero en general es un lugar relativamente bueno. La larga playa frente al El hotel es muy bonito. Puedes quedarte en el hotel aquí. Entendido.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación del hotel es agradable con una vista exclusiva de la orilla del río, el personal fue muy comprensivo, acogedor y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina infinita es bastante grande y tiene una vista increíble. Disfrutamos nuestra estadía y definitivamente nos hospedaríamos allí en nuestros viajes futuros.

YYulia/Fue un placer alojarme en este complejo. Altamente recomendado. Me sentí como en casa. Las cosas son muy amables y agradables. El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. El complejo tiene su propia playa. Pero preferimos ir a otro. Tardaron entre 5 y 7 minutos en llegar. Y por la noche íbamos a regresar también solos, ya que el barco puede recogerlo en el muelle solo a las 6 pm. En general, fue una gran estancia. Me encantaría volver de nuevo.

UUsuario invitadoLos bungalows son muy básicos. Hay huecos en las tablas del suelo y los paneles de madera de las paredes. El baño tiene una pequeña ”ventana” en la pared que no se puede tapar para tener privacidad. Las ventanas del bungalow no se cierran con llave y no hay un armario para guardar objetos de valor, por lo que no hay seguridad.
Hay muchos gallos cerca que hacen mucho ruido incluso de noche y temprano por la mañana.
El precio es demasiado alto en comparación con las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y sin agujeros en las paredes o el suelo. ¡Debería ser al menos el mismo precio que una lata de repelente de insectos, ya que no ofrecen ninguno!
La ubicación es buena y el wifi es bueno.
